We're happy with their service. A year and a half later, I needed to have something checked gave them a long list of things. My husband asked me to go there have it checked. Turns out most of the things in my list is fine. They gave me quotes, set expectations and all that. There were no upsell of some sorts. Pretty straightforward transaction actually, I just brought up everything I have questions about. Asked the price for the check up. Have them checked. Asked something I didn't know or understand. I brought my husband to check on everything right after. They were all spot on!!

I delivered my travel trailer to Country Road RV Repair Center in the spring for what should have…read morebeen straightforward service: new tires, bearing maintenance, and a general mechanical review. I was told the work would be 2 weeks out, and I would get a call with any needed work at that point, months before our trip, was perfectly fine - or so I thought . After 3 weeks, I called them, and the tire estimate was double what Discount Tire quoted, and they said I needed a new slide motor. They then ordered it, with an ETA of 2-3 days. After nearly two full months of status updates of "next week", the trailer was still not ready. Estimated completion times came & went, and many weeks later, two days before our vacation, they explained the parts ordered were "wrong" and they would get right on it. I only received updates whenever I initiated contact, which never came to pass. This caused us to cancel a long-planned vacation -- and lose our non-refundable deposit in the process. This experience was not only frustrating but also costly. I have no problem paying premium repair rates and higher tire prices when the work is done correctly, but six weeks late is a bit much. On top of all that, they simply glared at me wordlessly when I finally picked it up and had no further explanations or even an apology when I picked the camper up several weeks late. Just told me the total. To add insult to injury, the owner replied with a fictitious story & timeline, leaving out the fact that I brought in on 6/10/25 primary the tires, bearings, and a mechanical inspection, and specifically mentioned the slide blowing breakers. After I checked in on the 7/11/25 (over a month later) did anyone mention the motor, and said the ETA was 2-3 days, and that work would be done in a day. From that point on, I called for any further updates. Every call was 2-3 days, until we missed our checkin date - otherwise, we WOULD have picked it up.

The mechanics are knowledgeable and gave us an accurate diagnosis and estimate. I authorized the repair and it was completed right away. Three days later we are home with no issues. Thank you so much for helping us when no one else would!

The late-model Toyota sedan required repair to the driver's seat, which was also extremely firm and uncomfortable. After another business refused the possibility that it could be remedied, I brought it to A-1 Auto Trim. Initially, I just asked for repair of the seat cover, but when I brought up how uncomfortable the seat was, Josh recommended a simple modification to the seat cushioning while the cover was being repaired. The work was completed in only one day, and the results speak for themself, and indicate a business run with integrity and knowledge. The seat bolster was expertly replaced, and the seat is now exceedingly comfortable!!! As well, I found the price of the service to be reasonable. I can't comment on the repair costs associated with an antique or an exotic car, but for my car, this was actually the most competitive offer. I would definitely return, and I would recommend it to others. Thanks A-1 Auto Trim!!!

Called to ask a few questions and a rather disinterested lady told me to call back later after I found my VIN, then hung up on me! Then I emailed the person named in my appointment confirmation the same questions. Never heard back. I showed up the morning of my appointment and was unsure where to enter for service, as I didn't see any SERVICE signs. Pulled around to the bay in the back and sat there. The door never opened and I could see a person sitting at the counter inside. They ignored me. After a few minutes, I backed out and left. I was so disgusted that I considered making the 2-hour drive back to Durham for future service. On my drive home I passed the Volvo dealership right down the street from Flow. I could clearly see the SERVICE sign and decided to look online for any good deals on a new Volvo. Filled out a form online and Volvo called me within the hour. So, I drove back to the Volvo dealership, met the most amazing staff I've ever encountered at a car dealership, and left with a brand new 2026 Volvo! Flow, let this be a lesson.
