I first used this company years ago and the owner came out and was great. On this visit an employee came out to do a few repairs: 1. Replace my hot and cold water lines on my washer/dryer combo. Unfortunately, on my next rv trip I quickly learned that he did NOT reconnect the dryer vent and the rv quickly heated up. The washer dryer will now need to be pulled out and reconnected properly. 2. Reconnect the trim pieces on 2 different slides that were pulled off the slide when closing and items were behind them. UNFORTUNATELY, the craftsmanship was horrendous. Some finishing nails were not completely hammered in, nail holes were left Unfilled with putty and the few nail holes that were filled were not smoothed out leaving mounds of putty on the wood. More UNFORTUNATE news is that as a result of the poor quality of work, both trim pieces fell away from the slide while camping. The job will need to be redone. 3. Adjust the vent cover on the roof as it was blocking the vent from closing all the way. UNFORTUNATELY, this was not corrected. This work racked up an few hundred dollars and all of it needs to be redone. All of it. I sent many pics and videos to the owner who I understand no longer lives in NC and I never heard anything back. I would have much preferred him to come out and correct the errors but this did not happen and after giving them several months to respond I want to inform other RVers of my experience.

Chris had to spend minimal time before he located the source... our tank heating pad had burnt a hole in our grey tank! Chris was fast, very knowledgeable, and an all around good guy. Not only did he fix our leak but he also repaired a leak in our kitchen sink and a bunch of other odd jobs (like patching a hole in our bathtub). He's the best we've found and would recommend him to anyone in need of RV repair!

I was in search of an RV shop that would be able to do repairs and modifications to my camper van,…read moreand was hopeful Triad RV Repair would meet my needs. Some of the work I had done was fine, but there were real issues, too. The biggest issue was in winterizing; they failed to empty the fresh water tank, and after a deep freeze I had water flowing out the underside of my van. Although they promised to check the van thoroughly for damage, less than a half hour after dropping off the van I received a call informing me the problem had been found and fixed. I took the van back in April for de-winterization and asked that they insure all damage from their negligence in winterizing had been caught. Twenty minutes later, they were done with de-winterization and I was told no additional damage was found. On my first trip, I had problems with leaks. Triad denied any wrong doing and fabricated stories regarding what the had done and our communications. Perhaps Jeremy simply has a very short memory.

Spent a few weeks here in our fifth wheel this summer, as well as stayed in a few different spots…read morewithin the campground. Shady and paved, FHU with asphalt landing and gravel/grass perimeter and a picnic table at each site. Fair amount of green space around and between each row and site, quiet and peaceful. A large perimeter drive/walk around, inside the park. Sits at a deadend so no through traffic. Has private security every night patrol the park. Make reservations online only, and charges a service fee to pay for it? No veteran discounts or membership discounts, it is what it is. Just and FYI Great hosts at this facility, there are a group of long term hosts that know the park very well, will lend a hand when need be and keep the place pristine daily. Some sites are more level than others, some definitely require blocks and extra leveling skills and knowledge. If you are a large rig (over 35') and unfamiliar with the layout, I would suggest a drive through at least once to see what you are working with. Only one pull through site, all others are back ins. Bathouse, dumpsters and a dump station are provided, all sites are full hook up. 20/30/50amp pedestals with good water and sewer lines all within a few feet of each other. There are a lot of things within the Tanglewood complex, a swimming center, horse stables, a huge dog park, hike and bike trails, sports fields and the RV grounds. Lots of services within a half mile or so, fuel, supplies, groceries, and restaurants all within five minutes or so of the property. Only allowed 14 days within a 30 day time period, and can reserve spaces up to six months in advance. Only about forty or so sites. 4 Stars a solid choice for a nice overnight or longer 01264

We stayed at Tanglewood RV CampGround in Clemmons NC, last week…read more Had vacation business in the area. We stayed in the Park for about 2 days last year just passing through. It Was Hot. Was an Understatement. Monday through Thursday was completely Miserable Heat temp related. At night sitting in the Trailer with the AC running full blast, I was Still Sweating my Ars off. Had a really Severe Storm pass through there on Friday evening. Wind, Rain, Hail etc. tree debris was falling all around. We left to take our Grandson to a church we used to go to when we lived down there around 5:30 PM. Evidently just after we left they had power Failure at the Park. We returned a little after 9:00 PM to find the Power out. So we just got ready for bed. I'm so thankful that Friday was a lot Cooler. We left the Windows open creating a cross wind. We got up in the Morning and squared everything away and hooked up. We were on the road by 8:30 & back in Virginia about 11:30. AM. (Scheduled return day). The Power still was not back on. The Host had reported it at 5:46pm. Any way. Kudos to the Park. 5 nights $190 total, $38 a night. Very Clean bath House was clean and cleaned regularly. My only Complaint was there was no AC or Dehumidifier in it. The Had Three RV Host Trailers. So very good Host Coverage. Just Thanks from Us. P. S. The power outage was only a miner set back but was okay and in no way related to the Park or it's Control.
