same thing as all the other people have stated. They get your money then you will not hear from them.

I took my trailer in to have wheel bearings packed and a few other things. They called me shortly…read moreafter dropping it off and told me that my frame was so messed up that I wouldn't even be able to sell it and I should just donate it to the veterans. So I took it to a patriot authorized dealer and they told me chat all the parts that central body was telling me were not factory that they were in fact factory. So I decided to take it to a trailer frame shop who told me that there was absolutely nothing wrong with my trailer. Central body cost me my walleye fishing trip not to mention the pain and anguish I went through thinking my trailer was junk. Come to find out they just jacked the trailer up in a nonload bearing spot total ignorance on their part. I would not have them do any work to any thing I own.

We had a blow out on our 41 foot fifth wheel. Who would have thought how much damage that could…read moredo. We had body damage, hydraulic lines broken, electrical on our slide out, as well as a bent axle. The earliest we could get into anyplace for just an estimate was over a month. Central Body got us in the very next day. They would have had the work done in a couple of weeks if not for the insurance company which delayed things horribly. Thank God for Brittani, their service writer. Brittani stayed on the insurance company and kept us informed all along the way. In regards to the actual repairs, the estimate was very thorough they found some issues we did not know about and got on the repairs as soon as approvals and parts were in line. I cannot tell there was any damage at all. I cannot say enough positive things about my overall experience with Central Body.

I gave them a second chance to sell my car, they blew it…read more First I had the salesman tell me some things that didn't quite jive. But later found in their own words, "WE DON'T SELL CARS WE SELL ADS". Right there, right freaking there I found out later is the problem. I gave a few hundred, they listed it on their site and an ebay ad. Ok, I gave them all the pictures and description, they just post on ebay and their own site? I already had it on Autotrader and had a few leads for like $50 or something! Car didn't sell, they came back asking for more money for a second ad, an extended ad. Ok sure, he guaranteed it would sell for $20K. Yes he said that, no I know it sounds stupid. Long story short it didn't sell, I gave them way too much money. Posted a negative review, and was shortly contacted by the owner Jeff. Well he sounded like a nice guy and genuinely wanted me to be happy so I allowed him to try for a third time to sell the car, with no extra money from my pocket and I deleted the bad review. Well guess what some moron at the place is telling people my reserve price!!!!! Maybe to just get it sold, I dunno what's going through their mind but heck no don't tell buyers the god forsaken reserve price!!!! It even says on their terms they will not reveal the reserve price at ebay. I get another call from a guy saying he saw the car online, called Select Vehicle Marketing and some girl told him my lowest price I would take. F@#$#$^%^$%@!#$.....REALLY????!???? Well that just about does it. Screw this company. Sorry Colby but I gave you way too many chances.

Nicky with Select Vehicle Marketing contacted me via telephone on 09/24/15 after reading my review…read moreposted here. We had a lengthy phone call, during which she explained to me that she feels I was mislead in a lot of different ways during my first experience with their company, and they are trying to make changes based on what people are telling them. Nicky offered to refund my entire fee from my first experience with them, and offered to market a vehicle for free for me in the future should I choose to use them. I have since been refunded my entire fee from last year, and they are currently marketing another car for me, which they are doing free of charge. Though I'm still not sure how likely I am to recommend them to anyone else, I am impressed that Nicky took such big steps to make things right with me and stand behind their company.
