This was Sunday 3/1/2020. Called corporate office on Monday. Tried four times and was transferred to store issue dept. I only got a ringing phone. Called back and explained to the operator and she tried to find a person. She could not find anyone. She asked for my name and phone number and would have a person call back. Today it is Tuesday afternoon and no one has called. On Sunday I went online to use Rutter's contact us page. Explained what had happened and still have not received a follow up from Rutter's I guess Rutter's does not care about their customers, their rude and obnoxious employees.
