He wound up becoming available a little earlier than his projection, so he was able to come with one other worker and within that one day the work was done. It's now been a few weeks and it works perfectly and looks great. The new structures match the existing gate perfectly. The only concern I had was that once the work began they realized part of the estimated work was unnecessary (which has wound up being true) but it only resulted in a small discount from the estimate. Because the estimate was just a description of the job and a price, rather than being broken down into line items, I wasn't able to determine whether that was fair or not. They were hired to build a staircase during our home remodel. Albeit, the staircase looked good from far away, when you get close the lack in craftsmanship clearly showed. Despite asking Arbi to come back twice to fix it, it seems like every time he and Hagop came back it made the staircase or some wall damaged even more. I even asked him if putting the staircase before we installed the flooring was a good idea and he said it was fine and that's how it's supposed to be done. After installing the flooring the ailment was off so after calling Arbi to fix it he said that I can either have the rail be aligned to the wall and have it press against a stair nose or have the staircase not touch the wall on one side a leave a gap. Both of which looked terrible. In addition, the weld points were poorly grinded down and clearly visible. Finally, after repeated attempts to correct the color of the rail Arbi said that he will text us the spray paint used so we can fix it ourselves. The last time they came for repairs they didn't even have the decency to clean the metal shavings or put the post plates before they left. I will post photos shortly. Will never work with them again and you shouldn't either.
