They were great at easing my kids into the experience when we moved to Texas, which I appreciated as I had horrible experiences myself and did not want that for them. They always went at my kids pace, and I am happy to say we got to the point my now 8 and 10 year old autistic children could go get care themselves and not be worried at all! This is all thanks to the staff and care they put in. I also never had any issues with scheduling and planning. They have all taken great care of me and my family. Yesterday she was super extra amazing with my little one (who last time she went she screamed the whole time). Yesterday Mel made her feel so comfortable that she actually did amazing and no tears at all. Thank you Mel for going above and beyond with my girls especially with my little one. It meant a lot! This place is always full yet they manage it so well everyone seems to go in and out. The waiting area has a cool fish tank and a room with glowing block for the kids. They have coffee and drinks for the adults. Inside it's divided for the older kids and a small area for the little ones (like mine) with more toys. Then at the end all the kids get to choose a treat from a wall filled with different options of cool toys. Again if you have little ones and you are in the area this is the place to go!!

He is consistently gentle, kind, and incredibly patient with children. What I appreciate most is how he takes the time to talk directly to the kids so they understand why taking care of their teeth is important. He teaches them how to properly care for their teeth in a way that is encouraging and easy to understand. At the same time, he always includes parents in the conversation, making sure we feel informed and confident about our child's dental health. He is deeply relational -- he remembers our family's journey and celebrates milestones with us. His positivity and genuine joy for what he does shine through at every visit. His office is also filled with amazing assistants who truly reflect his caring personality. They work seamlessly together to create an environment that turns what can be a stressful experience for some kids into a calm, welcoming, and even fun visit.
