Am only asking for honesty, did not realize that this business is not a Better Business Bureau…read moreparticipant latter requires standards up to and including honesty. There is good reason why Cardinal Camera is not a BBB participant, based on personal experience, Cardinal Camera has lied unabashedly and frankly stolen my money. I purchased a camera, price $1600.00, unsatisfied with zoom feature- returned and was charged a restocking fee of $509.00-OUTRAGEOUS!!!!. Cardinal Camera claims there was a scratch on the camera, an unmitigated lie. I am 74 years of age, have an extensive photography background, have owned many cameras and know how to handle a camera. My only mistake and regret is having done business with Cardinal Camera, an unscrupulous, lying and sheer thieves. A word of caution: DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH CARDINAL CAMERA. I will forward this review to family, friends and business associates. Mike Hernandez Email: sunandsand1227@gmail.com
