Where every other lead testing company created obstacles, these guys offered solutions. I needed to…read morehave the walls in my apartment tested, which requires x-ray fluorescence (XRF) because there are several layers of paint. Some companies wanted to charge thousands of dollars for a few scans with the XRF gun, others tried to convince me that surface wipes would be enough since they did not have the proper equipment. Only Ryan and his team made the process, quick, easy, and painless. They are all highly knowledgeable and professional. I will turn to them first for any lead checks needed in the future.

So happy I called Bay Hill Environmental! We recently moved into a house that was built in 1959…read more After spending 2 days sanding a room prepping to paint, we realized there was a chance the house had lead paint in it after incorrectly assuming our home inspection checked for this. Spoiler alert - it does not. In a panic we did one of those color changing home tests and it gave us a positive result for lead. Oh and I'm pregnant so I was in an absolute panic after this. When I called Bay Hill Environmental they answered right away and everyone I spoke with was so nice, knowledgeable, and accommodating. I explained the situation and how hysterical I was being pregnant and they sent an inspector out as soon as possible. Bill, our inspector was great, he was understanding, reassuring, professional, and extremely thorough! After about an hour we were beyond happy to learn that our home is certified lead free! This peace of mind was well worth the cost and I would strongly recommend this company to anyone! TLDR - Learn from my mistake and get your home inspected for lead if it was built before 1978 - it is not part of a standard home inspection and definitely use Bay Hill Environmental to get the job done!

Our township now requires a Lead paint Inspection for our rental property in Woodbridge, NJ…read more We contacted AAA Lead Professionals and they came out the SAME day ! The technician was on time, polite and friendly and provided a thorough inspection using an electronic testing machine. We received the results within 24 hours (ON NEW YEARS DAY !!!) by Donya, the office manager, and now that we have this lead free certification, we do not have to repeat this test again ! We could not be happier with the professionalism, efficiency and how they kept their word on every expectation. Feel free to contact me if you have any further questions. These guys were hired by my landlord for a lead paint remediation job and they were TERRIBLE. They…read moredidn't follow ANY of the EPA's procedures for the RRP rule, OR any of NJ's rules for abatement. They didn't give me the required paperwork, they didn't properly confine the work space, they didn't cover or protect my personal items, they didn't tell me to turn off my HVAC unit, they didn't even keep me out of the work space!!! They dry scraped. They didn't clean properly. They didn't do a clearance when they were done. When they came back to do dust wipe sampling to show that the house was lead safe in order to pass inspection for the town, the guy collecting the sample didn't FOLLOW any of the correct procedures to get a good sample. He didn't wear gloves. He didn't mask of the area he was taking the sample from. He did everything wrong. When I confronted him, he said he would have to "double check" to see if I was right. He doesn't need to. I am. These guys are total frauds and are akin to waste disposal companies dumping toxic waste in the ocean just to get rid of it. God sees your sins.
