They come to your table and give you a QR code to order. It didn't work for me. The waitress came over and took my order. Not much "service" after that. She stays behind a counter. The burger wasn't cheap but it was very tasty. I loved the way they served it with the "peep-hole" for the egg. You go up to counter when you are done to pay (if your qr ordering and pay process doesn't work). The meat and cheese were breaded and fried to a delicious golden crispy morsel and served fresh - although I wasn't expecting blue cheese and I am not a blue cheese fan, I found this incredibly tasty!
