The great room had Venetian plaster applied 25 years ago. They had to sand all the walls to get them smooth. Their attention to detail preparing the walls, fixing drywall damage on walls and ceiling was impressive. They covered and protected all areas that would be at risk and sealed off rooms to contain any dust. We expected more dust, but they use vacuum systems with HEPA filters which minimized the dust. Finally applying the primer and paint was clean and neat. They left the work area clean every day. I highly recommend Epic Painting. We will have them back this summer for other projects.

His quote was reasonable, and his work was fantastic - from patching three small drywall holes and painting only that section of a wall, to clean-up of various nicks and scratches previously incurred, to completely changing the paint color in one of our bedrooms... the patches are not visible, the ceiling lines were clean, blending was nearly invisible, he worked quickly and efficiently, and he performed all cleanup. I thought their estimate for the work at my fourplex was fair because it was a huge job. I had them paint the exterior of the building which has four townhomes and also the decks of the fourplex. Friday even moved furniture off the decks because I wasn't given prior notice that he was coming early to give my tenants the heads up to remove their items. Freddy also repaired loose boards and replaced ones that were rotting. I was very satisfied with this company and their communication. I asked Freddy for a second quote on two more properties that I needed just trimwork repainted. However, I didn't feel their pricing was fair, compared to the other quotes I was receiving. I did end up contracting with my former painter on this job because his estimate was significantly less. Freddy was paid $2700 for the decks at my fourplex, but he wanted $4000 for trimwork on the current job. That wasn't working for me. I was kept informed of my place on their schedule and when the painting started they were here EVERY day (3) until completed. The same painters, Tony, Martin and Max were here start to finish starting promptly at 7AM and as quiet as a church mouse.
