When I received the link to review my taxes I found that they had missed my estimated payments. I communicated several times but it was never corrected. This resulted in having to file an amended return. After that there was a problem with the state return, and they pointed to the required document and dropped it in my lap. My taxes weren't complete until August. My email politely asking to discuss a discount was ignored.

We made an appt on-line for 11am on 4/15. They had appts available. My wife and I both left work and met there. We checked in, the receptionist was very nice. She got up and spoke to a female (she doesn't deserve another title). This female sat behind and to the left of the front check in desk. I tried to get a name but she doesn't display one and it's obvious why she doesn't. She told the receptionist that she called the number on the reservation that morning and said they couldn't honor our appt. She then began to go on with another co-worker as they discussed why would anyone wait until the final day to file. You're company handles taxes!!!! Are you kidding me? You have appts listed as available for the final day, call the people an hour before the appt to say you're not honoring it on a voice message? We're both corporate employees and when we leave work, work isn't getting done but that's obviously not a problem with your company because if there's work, just don't honor it and you've got an easy Monday. In the US this year, there were a record number of people that filed for tax extensions, we didn't. We scheduled an available appt to pay your company $250 to file our taxes before the deadline. That's $250 you won't ever get from us and anyone else that asks me for a referral.

But with Credit Law Center, they charge only if they achieve the results - there is no push to sell, and very fair and straightforward to deal with. And also more personable to deal with since there is an individual assigned to your case whom you can reach out to anytime you want. I was working with Kayla who was really good to work with.

I waited for that and emailed repeatedly over the last few months but still have not received a refund. I've been checking in last week and was told that the Accounting Dept is looking into it. I was suspicious about whether I'd get a refund from the time I started asking about it, when my 'attorney' did not respond to my emails. Now it appears that the whole company is just a sham.

As my agent for years, logic would say that you might try to keep me as a valued customer. But you didn't. A letter telling me I was being dropped is a slap in the face. And I will continue to tell people to avoid State Farm and not utilize you for an agent due to dedicated years of paying and being on time with payments, but still being dropped. In the end, this turned into a blessing in disguise, I pay less for my auto, home and boat now. So for anyone thinking of using State Farm, move to the next company. Not worth being screwed over after years of loyal service.
