No corporate gloss, no mass-production... just honest craft. Every pour had its own personality, balanced, thoughtfully made, and confidently expressive of the wine. You can tell the winemaker is hands-on; they know their grapes and can tell the story behind each wine without turning it into a lecture. The tasting experience was warm, unrushed, and genuine, more like being welcomed into someone's passion than being "processed" through another tasting bar.
