To the point where it seemed like he was locked in the crate for the majority of his stay. When I texted the business to see why , I did not receive a response. After picking up my dog, there were scratches on his body that I was not notified about by staff. An unfathomable level of discourtesy, unprofessionalism and negligence. They charge $90 per night for their base boarding service which is a medium-sized crate. Compare that to Camp Bow Wow whose base boarding service is $65 per night and provides a cubby and a cot for your dog to sleep on. I felt genuinely bad for leaving my dog in these people's care. I would cancel a vacation or trip before using them if they were my only option for boarding.
