WAY overpriced. Many plants look withered or spindly. I've gone there quite a few times, each time wondering why I did. One or two of the staff are somewhat helpful-or at least not unfriendly. Everyone else is rude or annoyed. Today when I checked out, the middle-aged man who was at the counter literally did not say a word to me. Spoke to some older woman whom it seemed was another employee, the entire time, not interacting with me at all. He didn't say thank you, or ask for my signature on the receipt, so I wasn't entirely certain that my transaction was done. So I stood there for a few seconds, waiting . . . Finally the woman asked if I needed help carrying my things to the car. I declined the offer, and just asked if I was indeed finished being checked out, then made it to my car with my arms full. All the while fighting the urge to say something about it, but deciding that it simply wasn't worth it. But that was the final straw, and no matter what I need, I'll never go back. read more
