I tell them going to see aunt Caroline and they run to door. She does a great job and I know she is good to my girls cause they always give her kiss goodbye. My Trixie is a bit skittish and Carolyn has a spot under her register she likes to go and sit and she lets her. Every animal that comes in there she treats as if they were her own as does the people who work for her.

Our dog has been boarded there several times and this last time they went above and beyond my expectations. They treated our dog like she was one of their own, went out of their way to make her feel comfortable and not miss home so much. I was walking out when someone else was at the counter telling her her dog was groomed wrong and the new owner said that's what u asked for the lady said no I asked for a bath and a brush not a Shave and the new owner said oh well.. She even recommended having a neighbor come over during our sessions so she can fully experience the issues we were having and still be able to help virtually.
