I could tell my massage therapist was distracted and even texting on their phone during the massage. Very disappointed in this recent experience and I probably will not be going back.

Anyway the owner attempted a simple makes manicure on me and for all of the licenses she supposedly holds the skill does not at all show, she floundered at my manicure and was superbly rude, as we're all the other staff except their hairstylist and they all except her looked down upon you and thought they were better than you especially the owner. She left scrapes on my fingers caused severe pain in my cuticles and I contracted an infection in my hand as a result. Terrible establishment terrible owner waste of money. The hair salon and stylist was worth more than the total of all services combined. She makes the whole spa.

We were very pleased with everything. I especially have to brag on my masseuse Matt. I've been dealing with upper arm pain for about 10 months.
