We wanted to do this for years and met several dealers in that time. Church Brothers was our choice because of their willingness to spend time with potential customers and seeing them serve existing customers with a friendly and helpful demeanor. Dennis Church came out to our house to advise about how to prepare, answered our million questions that he has, no doubt, answered before, and has gone above and beyond normal service to make sure that we are happy (we are!), and that we know what we're doing in terms of maintenance and cleaning (we don't!) with the same diligence and patience. "The guys" that do the hard work (I mean how hard can it be to sell pool and spas, Dennis? LOL) of delivery, set-up, and return trips to help us out have been friendly and professional. I think our dogs look forward to their visits! We are happy and satisfied customers.

The same day I saw the pool cover rolled up standing next to the tote it's stored in. The most horrible smell you couldn't even walk on the back patio. My son and I un rolled the cover cleaned it, dried it and rolled it and put away properly. There were debris and leaves floating in the water for the pump to suck up. We fished this out as well. I called and complained. I was told it wasn't their policy to clean covers before putting away. It wasn't their policy to clean up there messes of spilled chemicals or to get debris out of the pool. So much for their just swim program. Beware these guys are liars and crooks.
