Being happy with your hair can definitely take time and the right stylist who listens. I've had Alayna do my hair a few times and though she's talented, she's not the best listener. She's a little cocky and sometimes can be pretty rude. My hair grabbed really dark, darker than what we agreed upon and her response to me was unprofessional and aloof. It's very easy to tell someone "it's just hair" when it's not their hair. I think the quality of products is great, staff could over all use more attention and regrouping with their manager. Alayna delivered the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Even after Joan's correction my hair is still too dark. I spent over $500 in services and $131 in product. It sucks but it is what it is. Though hair can always be changed how you are treated stays. It's something I'll never forget.

We hit a few hiccups with communication and scheduling, but ultimately, Deirdre and her team made it all happen perfectly for my big day, and to me, that was the ultimate sign of their care and professionalism.
