The woman at the desk tried to put me with another nail tech I said no I find this is very back stabbing, so Bella Nails is not scoring points she would not call Chrissy to see if she would come earlier so I said I would come back again the woman tried to put me with another nail tech just rude!! I hope Chrissy is as good of a nail tech as I was told or this place is going to get 0 stars ok Chrissy was wonderful so I will give the shop 2 stars and Chrissy 5 I will not be going back to Bella nails for the disloyalty that the front desk lady!!! read more

I haven't lived in the area long and this was my first time getting my nails done anywhere in the area. I want to point out that I have been getting my nails done professionally for about 20 years now. Christy (or Chrissy, now I'm second guessing myself) did my nails and I can confidently say that she did the best nail job that I have ever had in my life. I get acrylic white tips and they lasted about 6 weeks which is the longest set of nails I've ever had. Honestly, they could have even gone a little longer, I just prefer shorter nails due to my job and typing needs. I cannot recommend her enough, best nails EVER. Will definitely go back read more

I went in for my first pedicure and manicure, just standard. I didn't even want nail polish on my nails, just a clear polish. Like one of the Sally Hansen or OPI nail strengtheners that don't go on like polish, just go on liquid and dry within 2 seconds to protect your nail. I wanted the base pedicure with just an extra massage so was told to get their next level up. I was fine paying $10 more for more massage, except I think the massage was 5 mins total. I wanted to relax during my pedicure and read, but couldn't because they started manicure at the same time. Which is normally ok!! The manicure took maybe 7 minutes from start to finish... and was $25 and when I went to pay the woman at the front asked the two women who did my nails what I got done, and I was charged for specially asking for nail strengthener instead of regular polish... it wasn't acrylic. it wasn't gel. Just literally 1 quick coat of clear nail strengthener $75 felt like a robbery for what I got done. I think next time I will try some here else for a pedicure and I'll just buy the $10 OPI nail strengthener polish myself The two women who did my nails were very friendly and professional The place felt a bit cluttered with random things so it didn't feel super fancy or anything, but also didn't feel gross! I asked for mat black coffin nails with a sunflower. They're pretty, but definitely could've had better done elsewhere. They're bulky and didn't even get covered fully. The underside of the nails have crap built up, and there was nail polish left on the side of my finger. Not worth the $60. Very disappointing :( read more

Worst service ever! I asked for a normal pedicure without polish and I also asked for my toe nails to be squared and they're all different shapes! I went in there with nails and came out with absolutely no nails! They didn't get buffed or add cuticle oil. Overall the service was horrible and rushed. I went in to get a "polish change" on my toes-- (I recently used a glycolic acid peel on my feet and thus destroyed my previous pedicure.) Anyway, the tech used acetone to remove the remaining polish one time, I had to ask her to take a second pass. She didn't even rinse my foot after using the remover or try to perhaps brush or wipe away any of the still very present red dye. No base coat was applied and only 2 coats (of my own polish) were applied followed by a top coat. I was then told to sit there. After that the tech got up and walked away, I was sitting there for a minute expecting her to come back and at least offer to help me put on my flip flops but no. I struggled to get off the chair and back into my shoes and then walked up to pay for my "service." I was promptly told "No American Express!" Ok. Fine. I asked how much and was briskly told "15.00 dollars!" I think my jaw hit the floor. I've lived in NYC, Montecito, Chicago-- NEVER have I received such dismal service, never have I ever felt so robbed. Just the most abysmal salon service I have EVER received. Made an appt for a pedi prior to a foot surgery to get feet in order.. Appt was yesterday. Never asked which service I wanted, just gave me the cheap, low end pedi, never even sloughed the dead skin off of my foot soles. Was in and out in 35 mins. My toes look horrible..super dried cuticles and crap paint job. The top of my foot and toes have been itching insanely since the service...gross. Will never return to this place. Might as well just throw $ into the wind...or find a toddler who would like to paint my toes for free..I should also mention that the last time I used this salon, my polish chipped off within the first week. I haven't been here in a while but I'm kind of just now realizing how bad of experiences I've had here. Erin knows my mother and I and she and the other employees are great, but the last 2 times I have went there they went bad. The first time I went alone to get acrylics the lady seemed very grumpy and didn't seem to enjoy my presence. Anytime my hand moved just a little bit she would jerk my hand back and very stressfully ask me to "just stay still." She rushed the whole thing and my nails that I asked to be in almond shape we're all uneven and incredibly bulky. I had her do paint and not gel but they still should of absolutely not been as bad as they were. Second time I went there the lady was kind. I asked for gel that time hoping that would be a lot better, but no. She made some WAY too long and some way too short and they looked horrible. Gel polish on fingers lasted less then a week. Although the pedi was good the $100 bill at the end was definitely not worth it.

Hit or miss... My nail tech moved out of town so I had to start at a new place. I was stoked that they were able to get me in the same day I called- but when I got there, they had clearly overbooked. There were 3 (maybe 4) people working there, but there were at least 10 customers in various stages of mani/pedi time... Anyway, Chrissy did my pink/white acrylics and they looked OK (it took about an hour of filing at home to make them perfect, I'm very picky), but she did it super fast. Then I go in for a fill. I had made an appointment a day or so in advance, so it was not nearly as busy. The owner did the pink/white fill- everything went normally and I left will super pretty nails. So then, on 09/14, I went in for another pink/white fill. The owner initially said I'd have to re-do them all and wanted me to soak my nails off- what?!? Then they decide I don't need the nails soaked off, I just "must not know what I want." I know that I want the pink and white acrylic filed down, I want the white moved down and I want the pink filled in- like a normal, everyday pink/white fill. The woman (I didn't catch her name) who ended up doing my (only pink) fill was nice, but she used the metal file on my natural nail- it burned like crazy and was super painful. She said she was barely touching my nails and didn't understand why I was (repeatedly) saying "ouch" and jerking my hand back. There was a very pink, almost red, line very near the cuticle on my left hand ring finger where the file almost went through the natural nail- yeah, that hurts... It looks a little better now, but is still pretty pink. Anyway, she finished the fill and she was super fast (I totally liked that part, she had a whole little system), my nails ended up really pretty and she did a quick hand massage at the end (which felt amazing). THE OWNER RUINED MY NAILS TWICE!!!! I scheduled an appointment out of convenience being I live in belgrade. I went in for a full gel set and paid 55$ for the worst nails ive ever had in my life, they were not even close to the cuticles they were crooked and lumpy. I went in to have them redone 2 days later i would've came in the next day but i was working. The owner told me it was my fault because "my nails grow to fast" even though i took pictures the day i got them done because they were so bad my entire family and coworkers laughed and said i better get my money back. When she redid them she told me she was putting the polish over my cuticle and it wont look good when it grows out because she doesnt want me to blame her for a gap. She didnt ask me if she should do this she told me she was doing it while she did it i felt so uncomfortable and I am so angry i cant even explain it, she was so rude and nearly had me in tears, these nails were my present for christmas to myself being im a single mom of two little girls and i just wanted to feel pretty but instead i wasted my money that I really needed on a set of nails that looks like it was done by someone who hasnt gone to nail school. We made an appointment for 2:00 today and I was finally sitting in a chair by 2:20. Then they forgot about us after our toes and did a rushed job to get the gel nails done. My daughter who is very young was extremely patient with them as we had to sit there for 2 hours. Then they didn't even do what she asked on her nails. I have been going to this salon for over a year now, The service has really gone bad. I have both my eyelashes and nails done there. I make sure I am always on time just to wait another 30 minutes. Never on time. I actually had to wait an additional 15 minutes while the owner went outside to post "selfies". My appointment is rushed with no gentle mannerisms. I tip graciously with no thank you. There is no conversation while she is constantly either texting or talking on the phone. The environment is dirty and unsanitary. i went in for a gel mani/pedi just now. the young lady that did my mani answered her cell phone in the middle of doing my toes. she talked to her friend on the phone, cussing and laughing up a storm, and even leaving to the "back room" to finish her conversation. i was literally sitting in the chair for a good 5 minutes before she came back. another lady told me i could go to the mani chair. then, she got polish all over my toes, and i had to ask her to get it off my skin. i showed her a picture of the subtle, off white pearly nails i wanted, and she recommended shiny ass holographic chrome. i politely passed on that, and got an off white instead. the color was great, and idk if gel polish is supposed to be thick, but my nails feel a little bubbly. anyway, while my hand was under the light, she went to the restroom. apparently my manicure was done, she didn't say "all done, i'll see you at the front" or anything. i was sitting there for a few minutes, she didn't put lotion or oil on my hands, which isn't a big deal, but i know that can come with a mani, right?? my total was $75. i tipped her $10. very unprofessional and ghetto. i didn't get her name, but she was the only blonde caucasian lady there at the time. never going back. i should have read these reviews beforehand. read more

If I could leave no stars, I would. My sisters and I are visiting our mom from three different states and came to this salon looking to spend time together. We wanted one pedicure and dip, one full set, and requested one full pedicure without polish. We were seated right away. Chrissy did my pedicure, my dip and my sisters "pedicure". For her she literally soaked her in the chair, poured oil on her legs and dipped her feet in paraffin wax..... that was it. I paid an extra $10 for callus removal that didn't happen, and more than my toenail was painted. My nails are a whole other story. I had to tell her on three separate occasion that it hurt or my nails were getting hot. When I tried speaking to her she ignored me. When it was all said and done for all of the services we were charged a total of $145. Never have I seen $50 for a full set, $15 for a soak and hot wax, and $80 for a basic pedicure and dip manicure. The lady who did my acrylics was amazing and super sweet, but the lady who did my friends acrylics was quiet and didn't seem happy to do her job they always do a good job recommenced if you are I am Belgrade if you are in Bozeman it's not worth the drive.
