They've maintained the rustic feeling with the exposed beams in the ceiling, and brick accent walls, but everything like flooring, kitchen, and restrooms are clean and modernized. It's nice to have a more reasonably priced venue for those that desire a large place to have gatherings but not so fancy that they are priced out.

Due to a covid sickness, my helpers weren't able to assist in the decorating, so the wonderful facility worker stepped up to help! If she hadn't, there was no way I would have ever finished decorating before guests arrived, and this was even with the facility allowing me in one hour early! The chapel lends itself to minimal floral arrangements but you could certainly go all out if you wanted. The chapel is adjacent (via a hallway) to the reception area which was also quite large. I believe there were around 25(ish) round tables plus the bridal party table. There is also an outdoor patio, perfect to set up a band and another bar. While I didn't help plan this wedding, my cousin who did told me this was a great place and everything associated with Bella Donna and their services was seamless. There's 75 parking spots by the chapel and then the guests must rely on valet. It was a very lovely spot for a fall wedding.

The Claremore Conference Center was host to a community blood drive.  The facility feels very new…read more  The lobby is a long spacious rectangular room decorated mostly in black, whites and grays.  Items specific to Claremore adorn the walls.  I thought the ceiling was a brilliant use of basic construction items to create a clean modern feel.  Although I didn't explore it all, the space seems versatile.

It sounds like a few people went in once and had a bad experience. As someone who has been going here for years, I will say only a couple of times have they been slow. Majority of the time everything is excellent. I'm happy that they are in the historic Belvidere mansion now. You're even welcome to take a trip up to the second and third floor if you'd like to see a historic home. It's a place I take family who come from out of town. You get a cool tea room experience and a trip back to the Victorian era.

They have round tables and chairs that you can include as part of your rental. There's plenty of parking around the venue and the dance floor is nice and smooth. There are also great dance classes available. I attended a Salsa class and social on Thursdays. Highly recommend. It's a nice and friendly crowd and it's a good time.
