They take such good care of the horses. And the technique is an incredible foundation. My daughter started with an assessment class, she was put with younger riders because she was a beginner- she didn't like that at first but I told her it was for her benefit and she just needed to concentrate on herself. She quickly advanced to a class with teens at her level and loves her lessons each week! The website was a bit confusing to me but stick with it- it's worth it, and once you start to text Gayle it's very smooth, she's very nice. Some of the kids work/learn at the stable all the time and there's an immersive summer camp. Having been around other stables in my life this is hands down the nicest people. And a really smart, healthy program for horses and riders. I highly recommend

I began taking dressage lessons with Brittany several weeks ago. I've ridden my entire life, but…read morehaven't done much the last several years. Brittany's facility is quite nice, very clean and the horses are all very well cared for. These were all reasons I chose Breezy Meadows. Brittany is very kind and knowledgeable, not to mention very patient in easing an adult back into proper form. I would recommend this barn to others seeking to learn how to ride or continue to ride. Although, I only ride English, she offers other disciplines, as well.

AVOID BREEZY MEADOWS!…read more Like Jeff C. and several of the filtered reviews, I had a horrible experience with Breezy Meadows. I brought my horse over on Friday, February 2nd, 2024. I started having problems by the second day in. They barely put any shavings in the stalls... not even enough to soak up the urine or to cover the floor. They only sprinkle in a little bit of fresh shavings every 3-4 days, which is unsanitary. I spoke with Brittany Burzynski several times requesting extra shavings. I wanted thick and cushy shavings in the stall. She told me it would be an extra $80. I confirmed that I would pay this. There were still no shavings in the stall after a week and multiple conversations about this problem. My horse was standing in urine!!! So I was in a rush to find another facility for my baby. Luckily, I found an amazing barn that was able to squeeze her in in a rush, since the conditions were really bad where she was currently at. I moved her out on the 16th (Exactly 2 weeks from when she was brought to Breezy.) I gave my 30 days notice and paid the additional two weeks in March, which was required when I gave my 30 day notice, and I ate the 2 additional weeks in February. I just wanted her out of there. While moving her out, Tyler Burzynski was extremely aggressive. He handed me my contract after I told him I already have a copy. Then he started yelling at me and recording me with his phone telling me that this is his property and I need to leave. Which I was in the process of doing since I was getting in my car with all of my things before he started making a scene. I asked him why he's recording me because he's the one causing a scene in front of all of his customers, and he proceeded to yell at me. So I got my car and left. He recorded me driving down the street which is completely stupid he was the one causing a problem. Also, paid an additional $100 for Orchard hay since they only feed alfalfa. I asked for the additional hay that I paid for when I was leaving, because I paid for a month of hay, and I was only there for for two weeks. Tyler got in my face and said that I'm not getting my hay and then I need to leave his property (which they rent from the owner of the house.) This complete BS since I paid for it. Tyler took it upon himself to block the entrance to the stable with his truck and trailer, so that we had to bring my horse into the street to load her. They really do not care about the safety of the horses. On another note, Brittney Burzynski advised me for the first month at the barn to start with half training to ease my Mare in. I agreed to this. Half training is $450 for three days of training per week. Full training is $700 for five days of training per week. After I gave my notice, I was told that she LUNGED her 3 times... and since I never signed a training contract which I was never told to sign, I need to pay her for lessons at $65 an hour ($195) The ONLY reason I paid this is because I was trying to get get my horse out safely, without having any problems. Welp, that didn't happen. AVOID BREEZY MEADOWS!!! (If anyone would like to message me I will send every message between Brittney Burzynski and I, so you don't feel like I'm cropping the conversation.) *Update on Brittney's response. This is not a fake account. Marie is my middle name and A is my maiden last name. Brittney E....

Katelin is my first teacher and I got lucky to find her…read more I am terrified of riding but I love the beauty and sensitivity horses offer so I made it a goal to overcome my fear this year. I was looking for an instructor who is also sensitive to training me, a person who has never ever handled a horse or any equipment that has to do with horses. I've had many instructors in the past for other things I've tried, who are angry and use condescension in their instruction and this memory has held me back for a while in trying anything new. I took a leap of faith with Katelin and I am so happy I did. I hope this place will become a home where I can learn everything I possibly can - I've already fallen in love with my horse, Gene. :) Katelin is positive, encouraging, funny, and has an 'other worldly' vibe, a sixth sense, during the sessions. She is teaching me how to prepare the horse for riding which is really exciting and I did not expect doing this. I am grateful for this process as I feel I am learning to respect all aspect of horseback riding, the horses' well being, and the business. Thank you Katelin for being so patient with me.

The horse I rode jumped from my leg brushing his belly, so I had to float my legs off his body the entire time. I'm not sure he was well enough to ride that day if his belly was that tender. The other horses did not get along and fought while on the trail. This led to one horse spooking/attacking another and caused my friend to fall. She had difficulty walking, but was asked to get back on the horse despite laying on the floor in pain. After she couldn't get on, we thought the guide would call for help. But we found out later that the guide simply called her coworker and told them she'd be late for her next ride. Are you kidding me? Someone gets hurt and your first thought is your next paycheck? Our friend had to continue on foot since the guide told us we could not get off to help her. I don't think she would've made it all the way. We were lucky to run into fire authorities that gave her a ride. The authorities clarified they were NOT contacted by the guide and they were there for a separate event. We took our friend to the ER ourselves to get a spinal scan which thankfully turned out with bruising only. Afterwards, we were not offered a refund. We get it, horses have bad days and are unpredictable. But there is no excuse for having a guide that is so severely untrained and unempathetic. In a real emergency, you do not want to be caught in the middle of a nowhere with no signal and a "guide" that doesn't even know how to call for help or care about you. She just sounded like she wanted it over with. Really horrified and disappointed by the negligence here.
