They also took care of getting a variance from the county so we could drill in a spot that would normally not be approved. Above all that they also talked me through what to expect on the day they would be drilling and how I should talk to my neighbors to prepare them for the noise and water/sludge that would be flowing off my property. In the end the on-site crew was very friendly and did the work in the two days they said they would and made sure water was flowing in my house before they left. And believe it or not, the final price came in less than the estimate. They were recommended to me by my neighbor and I will be recommending them to anyone else who might need their services.

We woke up...on Friday the 13th....to a geyser in the basement. Pressure tank for the water well…read more...well...split..and spewed. Old house, new to us. I called the sticker on the tank. They came that very day. I had called the bank and prepared for the worst. One new pressure tank and one hour later it was good as new. AND still under warranty. We paid for a $9 part and labor. We were so very happy. The guys were great. Ms. Donna made me calm and reassured me on the phone long before they arrived. Start to finish they cared. During the Generational Storm, when temperatures reached -35°F, our well froze. Our usual well…read moreperson kept promising to come out and fix it, but delivered only excuses why he couldn't actually show up. So we called Flynn's. They were on site in under ninety minutes and replaced our thirty year old, non-functional system with brand new technology. Now we have water again and the equipment should be good for twenty years. Flynn was unwilling to hand dig a little extra around a well pump in order to get more space to get…read morea bushing out to install a new line. Instead of hand digging a slightly wider hole, they said they would have to tear out our existing sidewalk or pull the well pump out of the ground with a crane, costing a significant amount of money and damage. Instead of doing an hour of hand digging, as to not cost us significant damage and money they left the job and us with no water, a hole in our foundation wall, no water line installed and a huge trench open and dug in our backyard, with rain on the way. Kenny and Allen did not care to do a little manual labor to help the customer and left myself, my pregnant wife, father in law and two small children without water. I highly do not recommend working with Flynn. Jerry Williams Pump Service was able to come out and remove the bushing in less than 30 minutes, and did what Flynn would not do! They did an excellent job and did not even have to dig. They were knowledgeable, diligent and got the job done! They got our well up and running and our main water line installed in no time! Also, our irrigation company, Pro Outdoors, took care of all the trenching and backfilling and kept the process clean and looking professional, when Flynn simply told me they're going to make a big mess and there's just no way around it. Don't work with Flynn! They abandoned the project, were lazy and over all didn't care about the customer.
