Stellar Staff, Stunning Space, and Superb Care!…read more I have been a patient of Vineyard Dental Group for many years now, and I can confidently say I always receive the absolute best service and care. From the start, the experience is seamless and there is always plenty of parking available in the parking lot. The front desk staff are incredibly friendly, efficient at checking patients in, and always happy to answer any questions. A massive shoutout to Dr. Will, who helped plan and perform my Invisalign dental care plan. He is fantastic! Throughout the entire process, he was incredibly patient, sympathetic, and knowledgeable about both the procedure and the subsequent maintenance/upkeep. He never rushed me and took the time to answer every single one of my questions and concerns. If you are looking for a dentist, book an appointment ASAP! Their schedule gets full fast for a reason!

I am no stranger to dental work, but my last visit here left me uneasy. The exam felt incredibly…read morerushed and very little time or patience for my series of questions... Instead, they pushed an aggressive treatment plan that included two crowns (I've never had one before, just a series of fillings) and at least 4 fillings. This was my third dental appointment in 8 months (due to insurance changes I was planning on coming here for extra cleanings this year). Within the last couple of months my dental work needs significantly jumped which blindsided me and caused major anxiety. Something felt off, so I sought second and third opinions from other dentists. No other dentist suggested crowns, nor did they find some of the fillings needed via X-ray nor the picking tool. At most it was 2 fillings needed instead of the vast work initially prescribed. To give credit where it's due, the front desk staff was wonderful and promptly shared my X-rays when I requested them for my second opinions. However, as someone with major dental anxiety, the rushed exam and sudden pressure from the dentist to urgently book expensive procedures was overwhelming. It is disappointing to experience this shift in care from a clinic I used to trust, not sure where I'll go from here but I needed to share my most recent experience.

I asked if I can at least just get on the schedule even if the person is out of the office and they said that only the person on vacation can schedule an appointment. I just think this is really poor customer service. It's nothing against the girl that went on vacation because obviously everyone needs a vacation, but the quality of customer service needs to be better. If someone is going be out for two weeks there should at least be a Plan B where someone else can handle things and get patients on the schedule. I am just surprised that business ceases if this person is out of the office. I finally received a call back on 9/30 but I had already made an appointment and seen another provider and my appliance is already in the process of being made. I think they need to look at their way of operating in this area if they want to keep customers.

While the long term, original owners are retiring, I was seen by one of the Dentists who will be stepping in. She was lovely, helpful, kind, communicative and went out of her way to help me with an ongoing issue I had with a chipped back molar filling. The Xray technician was lovely, conversing with me and taking care to accommodate my needs. All of the team members were very communicative as to what I would expect, once I was in the room. They have nitrous oxide (which is a plus for me because dental work always leaves me anxious). They offer blankets, water, chapstick, TV channel choices, etc... I was thoroughly impressed by this business and so happy that someone recommended them to me when I was in need. I have been to a lot of dentists over the years and this one receives my highest recommendation.

Do not recommend Initially, I was so thrilled to come to this office, they were friendly and fast which I appreciated. Then things changed, the girl at the front leaves me confused every time. She schedules things and when I show up, it's for something else. She has me sign papers saying "it's an estimate for treatment" then says you signed this don't you remember? She's always on her phone so maybe she doesn't remember. She says things while I'm sitting right here that's pretty rude I can hear you. She told me my deep cleaning wasn't approved yet and scheduled for a repair and when I showed up, it was backwards. I have had the best experience with the dentist and assistants but the front has been horrendous. I'm stuck now waiting for a repair on a broken tooth. I plan to change offices as soon as I can. ABSOLUTELY AWEFUL! This place is TERRIBLE, I went in as a…read morenew patient on May 18, 2026 and was treated very poorly by the dentist here. He was terribly rude and refused to listen to me and kept cutting me off to repeat himself. I think english must be a second language for him because he clearly did not understand my needs and the fact that he kept repeating himself (15 times | counted) shows he either had absolutely no understanding or he simply doesn't care. Either way he is an @$$h0!3 and everyone needs to know to avoid this place. Furthermore, the work he did on my tooth DID NOT fix my problem and I called the office and left a message to see how many days it should take to feel some kind of relief and they literally NEVER RETURNED MY CALL. I waited one week to the day before having posting this review hoping they would call me back but they NEVER DID FOR MORE THAN A WEEK! Thats an entire week in pain being IGNORED. The absolute worst experience I have EVER had at ANY dental office. UPDATE: I left the office today having went in for my annual cleaning, they never did my cleaning. I took a photo of my tooth, they put a filling over a cavity and now I need a root canal and crown. DO NOT COME HERE THEY ARE RIDING THE REPUTATION OF THE DENTIST WHO BUILT THIS PRACTICE. The new people BOUGHT THIS PRACTICE from the original doctor and are clearly riding his good reputation. These people are inept and should be sued. An elderly woman literally walked out of the office while I was in the chair exclaiming how terrible they are, she got her husband and left. This place is #TheAbsoluteWorst and everyone needs to know. I heard a gentleman in the waiting room who said his filling fell out. Careful not to come here they will ruin your mouth. Per the owners response: "lan, we're sorry to hear you're unhappy with your experience. One aspect of your review is difficult to reconcile: after describing your first visit as "the worst experience" and stating that our office never addressed your concerns, you later chose to return for another appointment. I did book a second appointment with a different provider at this same office hoping that it was a misunderstanding. Andy then goes on to say: "Patients always have the option to seek care elsewhere if they lose confidence in their provider, so that decision seems inconsistent with the experience you've described." Seems as though he intentionally provided me substandard care in an effort to drive me away, it absolutely worked because I wont ever come back here. Andy continues with: "We also take issue with several statements in your review that are inaccurate or based on assumptions rather than facts. Our records tell a different story, and we take patient communication and quality of care seriously. That means this office is doing FRAUD and not documenting properly Andy finishes with: "While we respect every patient's right to share their opinion, we remain committed to providing ethical, evidence-based dentistry and encourage anyone with concerns to contact us directly so we can address them appropriately." However, the photos don't lie, (Andy has reason to in an attempt at saving his company's reputation) so take it for what it is. Photos of my using the office contact information clearly indicate that the office has refused any kind of communication with me. I honestly think that this was a calculated act of discrimination rooted in bias against me. Careful out there people.
