Biggest waste of time and money. I have been having non-stop dizziness & nausea for months. Every day is just gets worse and worse. I go to see this guy while I am waiting for my primary to run a battery of tests, just in case it may be vertigo. Mind you, I am have tried a plethora of other things hoping to end it because I am literally stuck in a reclining position on my couch. I can't even SLEEP IN MY SLEEP NUMBER BED! And this jerk comes into the room and, as I am bent over with my head between my knees moaning as bile wells in my mouth as I am about to throw up and he snaps "You are going to have to sit up" before he is even all the way in the room. I told him that I would need a moment to steel myself or I wo throw up. This "supposedly" trained doctor acted like a kindergartner about the prospect of my vomiting while I am sitting there miserable and feeling like I am about to throw my entire stomach up on the floor. Then, he looks in my ears, asks some questions, whose answers he cut off, ran some hearing test, hands me a sheet with some "head exercise" then hurried me out the door like the revolving HC door this country is well known for.
This isn't a doctor, its a freaking conveyor belt medical establishment. He wanted to see me back in 6 weeks. I would rather die a death by a thousand cuts than to give this misogynistic, egotistical, narcissistic, jerk of a doctor one more penny of mine or my insurance company's money.
Oh, and asking a disabled person what they "do all day" and treating me like I am some...lazy, depressed, housewife whose problems are in my head is beyond what polite people would call it: rude. It is a complete and utter dick move that only an over 60+ WHITE MALE DOCTOR could accomplish. read more
