Dr Karim and her dental assistant were amazing. Checked in with me to make sure I was alright, super transparent about what's about to happen, what needs to happen, and what was going on. It made me feel very safe while I was in their care. They were genuinely so kind in the process and for someone who had bad dentist experiences as a kid, I was super grateful for that! I was given 8 - 10 injections for numbing - if two didn't work why continue to inject the same ingredient? This was very painful and took a long time between each injection. The financial office greed exceeds common courtesy financial practices. Warwick requires advance payment for all procedures without being provided an estimate of what insurance would or would not cover, and we are never given an itemized statement. After we receive an EOB from our insurance company, we are eventually given a refund, but that doesn't excuse this practice. It is, in fact, an insult.
