It made me feel very safe while I was in their care. They were genuinely so kind in the process and for someone who had bad dentist experiences as a kid, I was super grateful for that! Elected sedation dentistry and that's where the wheels came off. Anesthesiologist would not treat without an office visit for 'consultation'. Said I was willing for meeting over the phone and was told 'that's his protocol'. Good for him but I'm not wasting a half day to drive up and meet for what could be done on the phone. I expect he doesn't get paid for a consult unless in office, but really don't know. Cancelled treatment as sedation will not be available. Maybe they should consider a different anesthesiologist.
