Passing through town my iPhone 8 started getting hot when I use it and burning through a full battery in less than an hour. Seeing this place had the better reviews in town I decided to swing by to see if I could quickly swap out my phone for an upgrade. Although; being in a small little town I did not have high hopes they would have exactly what I wanted in stock(iPhone 13 pro max 256gb graphite). Low and behold Zack walks out with exactly that! Got me the trade in promo I wanted, transferee my data and set me up with the matching accessories I needed all in under 20 minutes. This guy is a stud! I went to Verizon last night to get my phone that I ordered. It was a different guy that helped me from the guy that ordered it for me. Both were very kind. Last night, that man was super understanding. I am very talkative so while we waited we chatted about random things to keep us occupied and he even helped me with a few questions I had for my friend. Being from out of town I was in a total bind when my screen cracked with no access to anything on my phone. 3/30/19: Ok, to be fair, an update. After insisting on talking to the district manager, I finally received partial credit last month (as an adjustment to my monthly bill February, due March). And, I have checked my March bill and it appears to reflect the balance of the credit owed to me. But I will have to verify that it is correct at the end as the credit is not itemized on the bills. I am concerned whether they have fixed the monthly charge for the iPhone 8 that was BOGO'd for the iPhone 6 price per the promo. We will see. Bottom line is that I waisted a year trying to deal with the store managers who never reached out for district help with this escalated issue...until I insisted on it. The district manager was polite, courteous and empathetic, which I appreciate as I had definitely come to the end of my rope. My experience and my message is that the locations are fine in dealing with everyday issues, but if things get off track, deal with district or corporate personnel. read more
