No matter what, no one should be told to take their negative attitude and leave the store. A simple question was asked, he apparently did not like the tone of the question and the customer was kicked out of the store. Adam clearly has no idea how to deal with customers who have had an unsatisfactory interaction with him previously. Customers have a right to complain. Not to Adam apparently. Avoid this store and don't use AT&T services if you can avoid it.
