OMG! What a PROBLEM! Newly relocated and unable to call in my area so I spent HOURS on the phone with a Verizon rep in New York from the Dominican Republic and that rep must've LOCKED up my phone because after her it WOULDN'T even dial 911. I found the Verizon store in Allegan and BOTH of the Reps were Clueless and Useless! Their Mgr. quit and those two get paid to do pretty much Nothing! I took off auto pay and when next payment is due, for pre pay, I'm DONE. VERIZON isn't worth the Stress! Rip off! Sheriff's Department tried to call me said DISCONNECTED! I paid $45 three days ago!
