She is very knowledgeable and caring. She adjusted my treatment as needed during the course of my therapy, resulting in 100% improvement of a year old shoulder injury. She provided written instructions for continued therapy at home to prevent additional injuries in the future. I will definitely use them for future needs and recommend others to them. She has made a huge difference in my life. Her continued work on my neck and back issues have eliminated my migraines and acute headaches. The range is now mild discomfort, to pressure, and often none at all. She implemented a variety of exercises and massages (craniosacral therapy) then modified them for maximum results. I am confident with the changes she has made at Alley and to my home exercises. She even had ideas that have improved my allergies and sensitivities. When I started here I was struggling to sleep since the pain was worse at night and any position I sat in sent pins and needles down my arm to fingertips. Working on my pottery (my current creative outlet) was difficult as I couldn't feel the tips of 2 of my 5 fingers. Makes things kinda tough when you're relying on gentle touch on a wheel. I was exhausted, sad, and stressed. But I'm happy to report that after my time here, I have regained all feeling in my hand, the pain is all but gone, and I only get intermittent tingling down my arm and when I do it's far less intense. Dave and his amazing team implemented a number of techniques including cupping, e-stim, exercises, dry needling, traction, heat, and stretching that all combined to get me back on track. He also provided me with exercises and techniques I could continue at home to make sure I continue to improve and also keep future nerve issues at bay. I could cry I'm so happy with how things turned out. Thank you, Dave for giving me full use of my hand back and for sharing great conversations around music all the while. I took the patient to another Trinity Health Physical Therapy clinic located inside the Canton IHA hospital and it was not nearly as good as this one on Lilley Road. The workers are very nice and do a lot more exercises and massage. Physical therapist Samar J is great and the patient enjoyed her massage and that she printed out the exercises to practice at home. I will be choosing this clinic again if the patient needs physical therapy in the future.

A particular staff member was very unprofessional and treated me with a lot of disrespect. And not…read morejust once. They treated me this way on every single visit. And even though this was a few years back, every time I drive past this place or even hear the words physical therapy, all I can think of is how poorly I was treated here and how angry it makes me.
