He then personally came to install the lighting and electrical himself (instead of sending a third party crew). After a few weeks of enjoying our lights, our rambunctious puppies chewed threw the wiring. Mark promptly came back to the property. He worked with us to re-wire, and illuminate our backyard. I paid over $2000 to clean up and relandscape a small side and area behind a screened in patio. Rep was attentive and prompt with the quote and even during the one day job. But once they left, the problems began. They did not lay down weed barrier which meant weeds started popping up immediately. In fact, creeping weeds I had never seen in my yard before started popping up. Although I clearly stated I knew nothing about landscaping and did not want high-maintenance plantings, every single item they planted became overgrown and out of control within the first two months. Not only that, 3 large plants died in the first month and when doing an inventory, they failed to plant 3 others I paid for. I called all this in to Natural Wonders and was assured it would be taken care of. In fact, I had been given the option of monthly maintenance and assumed we would address the problems once I could get them here for that never heard from them again even after repeated messages were left. They may be great with the design work but if you do not have a green thumb and are depending on them to follow up on problems or even for monthly service, I wouldn't recommend. I definitely didn't get what I paid for and would never use them again.

The owner himself came out initially rather than a salesperson. Phil is a great guy, someone you want to do business with. Save yourself some money and get the job done right. I was impressed with the selection of quality turf material he offered me. I went with a two tone green with some realistic looking brownish thatch at the bottom. The finished look is a great improvement to my backyard pool area. I'm very picky and somewhat of a perfectionist. The sub-base they installed was flat with no humps and graded perfectly. It was amazing how they went right up to my existing curved landscape edging flawlessly. The seams were minimized and virtually invisible. The over 400 square foot job was completed in one day with his crew of talented installers. I am extremely happy with the pet turf he installed. My dog loves his new play area.
