I found them on Zocdoc and they had good availability. Dr. Donahue was very professional, funny, and got to the bottom of things quickly. I felt so much better after his assessment and treatment. I also really appreciate that after you see the chiropractor, they bring you to one of the physical therapists to get stretches and exercises to help you deal with (and hopefully prevent) the issues from coming back. Katherine at the front desk is perhaps the friendliest office manager I've ever met. She always has a big smile and is so empathetic to every patient. She's quick to respond on things and helpful at working with insurance and scheduling appointments. Very happy to have found such a great provider in Chicago! Just don't forget to pay your meter if you park on the street, you WILL get a ticket (I learned that the hard way).

I went for the Thai Massage with Rawiwan. The massage room is inside the chiropractor's office, which is inside a building with other offices. It is quite sizable. the office has very good vibes, with lots of inspirational quotes, friendly pictures, and clean atmosphere. They also sell some raw honey that Dr. Paul apparently makes (is that the term? harvest?) himself. Love me some local honey! I got a jar and am glad I did. I'll be getting another jar soon. Anyway, on to the massage. The 1-hour massage lasted the full one hour (and then some). She uses hot stones, hot towels, and I'm not sure how she does it, but she doesn't reach out to get oil but somehow has it coming out as she's working on you with both hands! Like Spiderman or something. It was really cool. A really, very good massage. Talk to her and let her know if you need her to adjust strength and she gets on it right away. I'd be coming here regularly if I lived a little closer.

Both doctors are amazing I have been seeing a chiro all my life but I found Dr. Patrick after I got into a bad car accident and had bad neck and back pain along with ongoing poor posture from work at home. He provided the care and expertise I needed to heal and manage my ongoing discomfort. His adjustments are always effective, and he takes the time to listen and tailor treatments to my needs. Dr. PK is also fantastic - an expert at his craft and is phenomenal at adjustments. Both doctors' specialities complement each other well - so I am equally as excited to see PK because I get a really good adjustment. I've also had the pleasure of working with Amelia for deep tissue massage, and she is truly incredible. She has an intuitive approach and works wonders in releasing tension and pain. It is really easy to get on their schedule and the appointment management system is really easy for me to adjust appointments and rebook as needed. If you're looking for a chiropractor or massage therapist who genuinely care about their patients and deliver outstanding results, the folks at Elite are the quite frankly, Elite!

After 1 year of ER bills, MRI bills, medication, massages, chiropractic visits, pain, tears and weeks in bed, due to severe neck pain - with still NO answers, I was finally recommended to Dr. Dan. Dr. Dan believes in your body healing itself, but not in a herbal, essential oils kind of way. He manipulates, massages, stretches and exercises your body to encourage self healing. The hour appointments are wonderful and I looked forward to every visit as it made me feel 100 times better, almost immediately. Yes, Dr. Dan massages and cracks (as needed after a couple of visits to loosen up your muscles), but this is a great mix of all different kinds of healing strategies, which is what was most appealing to me. Yes, a massage feels good, but that is a temporary feeling. You will be taught things to do at home, at different times during the day to help with your pain. You will chat about your lifestyle and things you can do when sitting for long periods of time, or lots of walking, etc... I cannot express my appreciation for Dr. Dan. I was in 99 out of 10 pain when I walked in to Dr. Dan's office, and just after the first visit was I healed, NO, but I felt 200 times better, just after the first visit. I continued to see him for another 4 or so visits and I am now fully healed and back to myself, along with some great education, stretches and exercises to do when the pain begins to creep up again... (hopefully never again!) Oh and where was it left with the ER, to get a second MRI for another $2000 out of pocket, because the first one must not have been of the wrong area, ugh - glad I met Dr. Dan before wasting more money and tears! The office is beautiful, modern and clean and the entire staff is kind. Dr. Dan is extremely professional, one of the easiest people to talk to and will not talk if you do not feel like talking. Like my first visit as I was in extreme pain, I think I said a max of 5 words, by the last visit we were in full convo. You will feel quite comfortable and will likely fall asleep a time or 2 :) If you are here, I assume you are in some sort of pain and I hope you feel better very soon! They don't just go through the motions--they take the time to listen, explain, and make sure you understand every step of the process. What really stood out to me was how knowledgeable everyone is. You can tell they truly know what they're doing, and that gave me a lot of confidence in my recovery. They created a plan that was tailored to me and pushed me just enough to make real progress without feeling overwhelmed. Honestly, the results feel almost like a miracle. When I first came in, my shoulder was in rough shape, and I wasn't sure how much better it could get. Now, it feels significantly stronger and more mobile--I'm beyond grateful. I truly owe my improvement to the amazing team at Cora. If you're looking for a place that combines professionalism, kindness, and real results, I can't recommend Cora Physical Therapy enough. Perhaps once a year or so, one of my leg muscles or somewhere in my knee joint would flare up during training and slow my running nearly to a halt. The experience was always incredibly demoralizing. And perhaps more demoralizing was the fact that repeated bouts of physical therapy didn't seem to prevent the issue from occurring in the future. It always felt like something was missing, so I searched around for an expert that could help me piece it together. I sat down with Jason for my initial evaluation, prepared for another month long routine of stretching and glute strengthening exercises. But even within the first half hour of meeting me, Jason was already subverting my expectations. He effortlessly identified a lack of hip mobility and tight quads -- the ultimate "etiology" of the knee pain as he called it. He sent me off with some hip mobilization exercises, and when I came back soon after he offered to dry needle my quads. The difference these two changes made were night-and-day. The nightmare of another month of PT had vanished in an instant, and I was back to running nearly pain-free. And what's more so is that the results have lasted. A few short weeks in Jason's care, and I've been back to the running grind nearly flawlessly for months on end now. Jason is truly different than other PTs I've worked with in the past. He clearly has a remarkable level of experience and a principled approach to rehabilitation that yields sustained results. I am incredibly happy I chose Jason for my PT and would highly recommend him to other runners.
