An absolute disgrace of a company. I bought a trolley back in July 2014, the bearings of one of the wheels was faulty. We were sent a replacement wheel but it was the wrong size. Then followed A YEAR of chasing, being fobbed off by Sam the owner, given excuses, being simply ignored despite me being incredibly polite and understanding. I kept getting told that Sam wasn't in but just knew I was being ignored. By the end when I'd had enough, I was accused of lying, was spoken to appallingly and then just completely ignored. I was left angry, upset and totally out of pocket. I would never ever use this company again. read more
