I specifically hired him to go over certain driving routes for a new driver ( just got licensed but still needed to build confidence) I spoke to him at length what we needed for behind the wheel but he totally disregarded our conversation and completely ignored everything. Aaron was the worst. He was an absolute arsehole to me. My mum discussed with him what I would be doing for my lesson and he seemed very understanding over the phone. But when it came to my lesson he took me to DOWNTOWN FUCKING FRESNO to practice. None of my jobs will be there. I will never BE in DTFresno. I wanted to learn how to drive in the area I will actually be in, not in an area where I will NEVER BE! He was confusing and just didn't make any sense. When I got mad at him for not doing what I asked he got mad at ME and then was MOCKING ME. So unprofessional. He didn't do what I asked to work on. My husband and I scoured the internet for driving schools, called several places, and decided to send our son here for drivers training. We have been very pleased with our entire experience and even more so with Mr. Lazano, the instructor. Mr. Lazano is professional, understanding, patient, and has fantastic attention to detail. He gave us tips on how to help our son improve the skills he was learning and help him become more self-sufficient. We still have one more class to go, but have already recommended this school to a few friends. Pros: - The website listed information on the instructor and his qualifications. - Great communication from both the office and the instructor. All our questions were answered promptly and thoroughly. - Scheduling was a breeze with the program they utilize. I can schedule, cancel, and reschedule online. - We loved the report card that was given at the end of each driving session so that we could see areas that our son needed to work on. A link is emailed to you at the end of the session when it's ready. - We loved the text message reminders when we had an appointment coming up. - The price was very reasonable. Cons: None. read more

I recently had a driving lesson here for my required 6 hour training before my license and boy am I glad I came here! At first I came because of the cheap prices, $225 for 3 lessons? A STEAL compared to the $300+ at other driving schools! But I soon realized that the instructor is truly amazing! There is only one instructor, the owner, and he is very thorough, yet relaxed. Aaron, the instructor, is easy to talk to and has taught me so many great tips on driving and passing the DL test! With over 15 years of experience, he seems to truly love his job and his teaching clearly demonstrates this. So save yourself the trouble and schedule your appointment now when the deal is still on!! Aaron was extremely helpful getting my twins setup with driving lessons. Answered questions, made recommendations, and walked me through the entire process and timing of getting them through the entire process of getting their drivers licenses. My twins (boy/girl) are complete opposites socially and how they learn and neither of them had one negative thing to say about their lessons which speaks volumes. They were also very happy to not be driving around in the annoyingly painted driver's ed cars you see around which made them more comfortable during their lessons. Lessons were easy to schedule and cancel online as our plans were continually changing due to sports and other school activities. At home pick-ups and drop-offs were crucial to us since we had very limited time after school and sports to get ready for lessons and not having to drive to drop them off at an office made it all work. We are very happy with our experience with Rush Hour and highly recommend them. read more

I highly recommend Rush Hour if you are looking for the best driving instructor for your teen. I looked into Rush Hour after I previously had my teen take the required driving hours at another school that had been recommended to us. Which I understand I can't name but suffice to say they were terrible teachers. I was so upset in that they taught her nothing and spent more time critizing her, that they did more harm than good. So needless to say I was leary of driving schools and teachers. I did my own research and settled on Rush Hour - BEST DECISION EVER!!! I can't say enough good things about Aaron he is absolutely the best driving instructor, he taught my teen more in the first lesson than she learned in two lessons at the other place. She had lost her confidence in herself but he gave it back to her and for that I will be forever grateful. Aaron explained everything to her in regards to rules/regulations, driving safety and the why and wherefore of driving. She finished her last lesson took her test and passed it - so thank you so much Aaron your the best! Oh and his in office person is great too - very personable and accomodating. I will definitely be referring everyone and anyone in need of driver's training to Rush Hour Driving, it really is the best in town! read more

Rush Hour driving school was not awesome for us. My teenager was laughed at during her instruction, left alone in the car while driving twice so Aaron could get his mail and then go in his office. The cost is actually more expensive than other driving schools and was $300 for three lessons. Aaron requires payment in full upfront with no refunds if you decide to not finish your three lessons and go somewhere else. As he states "read your contract". We did go somewhere else, saved money and had a great experience, not with Rush Hour. Aaron also stated he can leave your teenager alone in the car during the lesson if he needs to run errands and that is acceptable. I didn't read in his contract that he would laugh at my teen, leave her alone in a running vehicle and run errands. Not money well spent, go somewhere else. read more
