The salon is always kept clean and tidy and the staff are always welcoming and pleased to see you. They are very organised and will phone and/or text you to remind of your appointment. I've had highlights done here as well as cuts and have always been really pleased with the results. I can't deny that it's quite expensive, but it's a bit cheaper than the Toni & Guy chain and I've found the results and the service to be much better. I would definitely recommend Headmasters in Staines if you're looking to change your hairdresser.

Its not full of 18 yr old 'senior' stylists who ignore what you want, or would look good on you, but charge you a fortune for walking out looking WORSE than when you walked in Oh no- this place is MUCH better than that. They have a great hairdresser called Sam who Has sorted out my over dyed and dry barnet into something resembling a 'good look'! there is also the most wonderful beauty therapist based in a little room at the back- Jessie offers all the most upto date treatments and technical machinery, as well as threading and waxing (and yes she will do 'hollywoods'!)... but is pretty reasonable in her pricing for the area, AND she's really nice! I didn't realise however, that I'd come out with exactly the same cut, even though I'd asked for something completely different. I was kept waiting 15 minutes after I arrived, even though there were no other customers and the hairdresser kept stopping work on my hair to answer the phone on reception. Plus even though I asked for one thing I got a completely different cut. She was also keen to get me to book for highlights and kept bringing up the subject although I repeatedly said I wasn't interested. The charges weren't noticeably cheaper than other salons in central Staines and there was a lot of hard sell going on to try to get me to buy shampoo and conditioner etc. I wasn't impressed and haven't been back.
