Love this place. We get pet food and outdoor supplies from here. They food is usually great but occasionally the bird seed (we buy for our goat) will have tiny moth like flying insects in it. Can't pass up taking a peek at the bunnies and chicks. 99% of the time they are clean and great. read more

I was in this store on 4/18/26 and am leaving this review for the most disgusting men's restroom I have seen in my life: toilet and urinals clogged and overflowing - floors covered in refuse and urine. It had clearly been this way for many hours - no one had done a thing. The manager should be fired. I reported this to the Pikeville health department. After the way I was treated by Pikevile Ky Rural King the last few days I will never be back. Had 1 actually lie about me and say I said things I never said. Not only did you lose the $1100 we had already spent online on the 8th but you have lost all further business as well. I spent 1200 every 6 months alone just in dog food every year and 1000s more on electric fence stuff. On average I say we spent 4-5000 yearly which some1 else will get now. read more

Staff not very nice, merchandise stocked in wrong places so you have no clue what price belongs on what products and omg don't under any circumstances question a price because here the customer is wrong and computers are always right!!!!! Now how about them sales racks!!! Just for the record just because items are on a sales rack doesn't mean they are on sale according to staff members. WELL HERE'S AN IDEA TO THE MANAGER, PUT THEM WHERE THEY FRICKEN BELONG THEN!!!!!!! ( For those interested, there were at least 20 of a particular item on the 50% off rack that weren't included in the 50 % off sale.) We as customers should have to try and figure out what's suppose to be on sale if it's on a sales rack. read more

To the person/persons who hate the free popcorn eating people. I like their popcorn, it's the best popcorn ever. And also I'm probably one of the people you've seen standing around the chicks eating my delicious popcorn touched by many different dirty hands. I bought a 12 Gallon Tow Behind Sprayer. Country Way 12 Gallon Trailer Broadcast Sprayer - 1.1GPM, 84" Coverage (SL6-46-012Q-RK). Assembled it when I got home and used it. It worked great. The second time I went to use it it wouldn't spray. After playing with it for awhile I went to the RK website and asked for help. 1 hour and 15 minutes later the manufacturer called me on my cell. THAT'S CUSTOMER SERVICE! It's working again. They said if it happened again they would send me a new pump. read more
