Shortly after arrival we…read morerealized there was a problem with the rental reservation and the information and pricing we had did not match the store's inventory; so his reservation was automatically moved to a bigger truck. Although it was an inconvenience, the store clerk did her absolute best to accommodate us and right any errors in the contract. She was extremely kind and courteous, and even though she admitted we were the first U-Haul customers she had ever served, she treated us in a respectful and friendly manner and made sure we got the original deal, and also gave us complimentary waters and snacks for our wait. The customer service and patience exemplified here ensured our problem was handled with a good outcome for everyone.

The pretty lady and the young man up front were so helpful and and the kind of employee's needed, as they have to field many questions. While I was there I needed to ask a pharmacist a question about my medicine and though the man on duty was obviously busy, he took the time to help me and for that, I was so thankful. And I rarely use this drugstore as I am a veteran and most of my meds are mailed to me. All in all, I highly recommend this store for anyone.

The store representatives were all kind and provided great service. My only complaint is that the asthma tubing for the nebulizer had wholes in them.
