So not only did they miss making money but they also missed out on having a quality item in the shop to help cover up all the junk items they have bought and cant sell. I must note: If you ever buy movies here you MUST check inside the cases before buying them. I've been burned four times already. I bought three blurays that only had the DVD version in them and then one bluray that had nothing at all. As I've discovered these issues more than 24 hours after I bought them I couldn't return them...as they told me when I asked. However, another staff later said I could pick out another copy when I mentioned it in passing months later, but by then I already re-purchased them. Just double-check everything you can and this place is okay. Edit: Make that five missing blurays now...
