I had not checked around, so I told her I'd like to check one other place and I'd be back. She stated the price was good until 3pm today. I returned not even 10 mins later for her to offer me $200 less. I simply stated "Oh. I thought you said $$$." She immediately refuted it. The other two workers in the store even spoke up that she did tell me the price I quoted. She immediately got rude, insulted me by saying "your diamonds are tiny! They aren't worth anything!" And that she would never buy my rings for the price she originally quoted. I never got rude, I just questioned the change in price, and she was hateful. No need. I will never go back.
