I explained that the person outside watering plants said it was $5.99 to which the register employee said she couldn't change the price. When Mattress Barn's website offered to text message for inquiries, Amber was quick to not only say they had two pillows in stock, but verified it personally to make sure. I voiced my concern about arrival time before Christmas, but Amber stated someone would contact me the following day. After making the purchase, Laura was true to Amber's word and called me to provide shipping options and determine what worked best for me. Although the shipping cost was a little absurd to make it before Christmas, we did pick one that arrived the day after. Kudos to Amber and Laura for making this purchase, that once seemed hopeless for the holidays, a reality. Thank you!

11/13/2017 I purchased a high end tractor clearly advertised and invoiced as high horsepower model…read morefrom Josh at Kesteloot. 2/13/18 determined it was not high horsepower model. Contacted Josh asked him what my options were. He said after getting together with sales manager co owner Daren Kesteloot, Tom Kesteloot Owner and Travis Kesteloot- Co-Owner they all agree I had more than enough information to be able to catch their mistake and provided me with a picture of the serial number, a picture of the tractor and a picture of a quote from another company to another person without a serial number. 2/15/18 not wanting to get into a hassle over it suggested we find out what the cost of the high horsepower option is deprecate it same percentage as tractor from new and I would be willing to split it with them and move on. As of 2/28/18 have not even revived a response.
