Instead of walking over to the end of the table she just said all "Plants to the end of the table and under are $5.99, except these which are $4.99 and these as she pointed." I explained that the person outside watering plants said it was $5.99 to which the register employee said she couldn't change the price. So, I walked outside and asked the employee if she happened to be a manager. She replied" well, yes, a department manager " Oh great you just told me all these plants to the end of the table are $5.99. NOW she walks to the end of the table and says "this one ?" After using several websites and going through the motion of making the purchase, only to find out they were out of stock, I was getting discouraged. When Mattress Barn's website offered to text message for inquiries, Amber was quick to not only say they had two pillows in stock, but verified it personally to make sure. I voiced my concern about arrival time before Christmas, but Amber stated someone would contact me the following day. After making the purchase, Laura was true to Amber's word and called me to provide shipping options and determine what worked best for me. Although the shipping cost was a little absurd to make it before Christmas, we did pick one that arrived the day after.
