This totally new approach to fitness training really worked for me. the gym was too boring! Loved the wonderful views and the fresh air. Loved the beautiful woodland workout. Also didn't see a soul which is good because im not keen on parading around in lycra and found the run/skip/ walk CV workout well within my capabilities and was amazed that I had covered so much ground (all the way from Ditchling Beacon to Black cap!). Very attentive trainer who was sympathetic to my needs. Lots of really good advice that I can actually put into practice and now I feel that I can achieve what I set out to do because of the realisation of my capabilities after several sessions is really encouraging. Much more so than counting calories on the treadmill and never feeling that I was progressing. I would recommend Run Wild to anyone who loves the great outdoors and always wanted to run but thought they couldn't.
