Amazing experience. From booking the appointment with Jen and her helping get all the vaccine records to answering any questions made scheduling so easy. When they came for the visit they were very patient with the dogs letting them get adjusted to the van and equipment and explained everything and gave lots of info. We had a GREAT EXPERIENCE with Run Dawg! Very informative, friendly, patient, just about every positive thing you can think of - they are it! Our dogs had a great time and had so much fun with their first workout. Can't wait for their next session! read more

Amazing!! Highly recommend whether you're visiting from out of town or a Vegas area local. We came from out of town to Vegas on what is to be a record high temperature weekend. We needed to figure out how to get my husband's service dog some Exercise and do it safely while it is so hot. Found @RunDawgGym on an Instagram post. I reached out and Jen was so nice and answers all my questions. Tuxee had a great experience. Even though she didn't "sprint" her first time; it was still mentally draining. The vans are climate controlled, and they put the dog's safety and comfort first. Ray was so nice and informative. read more

Our session went so well. I was really nervous because my dog is really reactive. And I saw him making a lot of mental thresholds and not only that, but getting his physical activity as well will definitely be booking again!! The owner came the first time and worked really well with my dog who doesn't really like strangers. He was calm and patient. All together a super positive experience!! read more

Wonderful, educational experience. It was very enjoyable to see my dogs realize that they could control the slatmill. I was so surprised that my ten year old 90 pound matiff/ lab mix figured the machine out so quickly. read more

Can't wait for our next session, I think this is amazing for my doberman, I have a very demanding work schedule this is so convenient.

Our girl had her first session and she did so great! We are so proud of her! Coach Ray really eased her into learning the doggie treadmill. At first she did a low crawl and after getting a feel for how she powers the treadmill by her movement, she got comfortable and was running by the end. It was amazing to see her confidence grow and we're so excited for our next session! Run Dawg is the best and they truly care about the pups, give lots of encouragement and make the dog (and parents) feel proud! Thank you Run Dawg! read more

Ray and Jen are amazing. Ray really knows what he is talking about and has a true love for dogs. He takes his time to educate you on dog training, dog behavioral science, and how to foster a safe and positive space for the dogs to comfortably run in. It seems like a lot of information dumping but it is something that all dog owners should listen to if they don't know and re-listen to even if they do. The van is very clean and air conditioned. Owners are required to sit in on the first session. He uses special harnesses that are padded and watches important cues to see if your dog can safely run faster. He also gives breaks in between which your dog does need. He values dog safety and it really shows. On the first session he spent a lot of time talking to us but did not start the timer until our dog was on the mill. read more

We had our introduction run and it went so unexpectedly, in the best way. They were so patient with my dog as she is a rescue who shows signs of past abuse. By the middle of the session she was timidly walking after sitting with her back towards us. By the end she was walking more confidently, ears forward and getting the treadmill to go all on her own! It was such an amazing sight to see her going from scared and unwilling, to smiling and walking. I can't wait to book more sessions. read more

On time. Friendly and I think I had just as much fun as the dogs! Everything as to what to potentially expect during the run, is explained clearly. Learned some history of slat mills along the way. Trainers are attentive and encouraging the whole time. Highlight of the week. Dogs, are currently asleep after exerting all of their cooped up energy. read more

Good explanation on first session. On how it all works. What to look for, what to expect and more. Definitely recommend, if you need or want to give your dog more exercise. My dogs second session went even better. Takes time, but he is catching on fast. read more

Jen answered my call and was able to conveniently work us into their busy schedule. She eagerly answered my questions, took the time to explain. Our two doggies were booked for a 5pm, so it was completely dark outside when Ray arrived in the RunDawg van. Though we were the last booking of his day, Ray's enthusiasm showed how much he truly enjoys what he does. Our dogs had a great time. One of them was more apprehensive, so Ray focused on helping her have the best experience at her comfort level. The other dog was running at high speed, having a blast within two minutes of being clipped in. It's no surprise Run Dawg is so popular and successful, great people who love their business. read more

I'll definitely order it again In the future for them! read more

I had them come to my house today and they were great. I have a big male Cane Corso, 160lbs. He can be a big scaredy chicken. The trainer was patient and caring, he gave Mr. Kane a ton of time and space to get comfortable to get near the van, getting in the van, and then become comfortable while we were in the van. The trainer was great and took his time with my big baby. These guys are great, I called after the appointment to make more appointments and the lady who answered the phone was just as caring as the trainer, I am one of "those" dog owners. I had a ton of questions and wanted everything to go well with my dog, due to his breed and size. I tend to be over protective and over cautious when it comes to my puppies, so I can be super annoying about stuff with my dogs but they both handled me and my monster size puppy with grace and kindness. Amazing people work here and they do a great job. read more

I have a high energy Belgian Malinois who needs to be ran every day or he will become destructive! My husband went away on a business trip, and I decided to give these guys a try since it was too difficult to run him each night with another dog and a 7 month old baby! Needless to say, Run Dawg did not disappoint! Our sweet mal is currently passed out sleeping from being so tired out! Highly recommend! read more

I saw the Run Dawg van driving near my home and it caught my eye so I decided to look them up when I got home to see what they were all about. I'm always trying to figure out new different ways to exercise my dog. Ray and his mobile dog gym are TOP NOTCH! He arrived promptly on time, explained to me the process of how the slat mills worked and how my dog might react to it. He even spent some extra time with me since it was our first visit and he was very thorough. I am so relieved to now have an awesome dude who will come to my house to run my dog so he isn't zooming and destroying my living room when I don't have the time to give him the exercise he needs. Already have our next appointment set and we're so glad we found Run Dawg! Thanks Ray! read more

Highly recommend RUN DAWG! Our dogs were well exercised (mentally and physically) after one session with Run Dawg. Ray took extra time to safely and slowly introduce our dogs to the slat mill. He understands that every dog is different and will react to the slat mill differently. The slat mill is very safe and is not powered by a motor. It goes at whatever pace your dog goes at. So if your dog stops walking, the mill stops turning. Very safe. Ray also uses very safe harnesses that do not affect the way your dog moves. Exercise your dog!!! read more

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Ray is amazing and beyond amazing with my pups! His customer service is beyond impressive . We were drawn to Run Dawg by their social media presence. We were like how fun could this be for our dog? We are a big fitness family and want to see our dog live a long, healthy life. After contemplating for a bit, we decided to give it a shot for Edamame. Ed has a lot of energy and is very active. He's a little over 2 yrs old. He's always running around outside, going on daily walks, enjoys playing with other dogs, and LOVES his days at daycare that tire him out. We thought run dawg would be a great way to release some pent up energy. I spoke with Jen and got Ed set up with his first run with trainer, Ray. It's so nice that they come to you and are available for sessions Monday-Saturday. It's $75 dollars for one session or they do package deals for 4 runs. They take any form of payment and make the experience so easy and smooth. Ray arrived promptly and just required Ed's updated vaccination records. He had us fill out a brief questionnaire packet and was very thorough on how the process would work. Honestly just getting your dog up on the treadmill would be a win or not giving in to any anxiety or behaviors. Ed caught on quickly of how it works and that he could move at his own pace. He was looking around and feeling confident by the end of the run. Ed took to the treadmill at an incline pretty easily and the height was decreased towards the end. By the end of his 30 minutes, he was already picking up speed. Ray gave Ed positive praise and affirmations, few water breaks, and made it fun for him. Ray brought out some toys, but honestly he didn't need them all that much. Let's run baby! read more

What a great experience! I have two larger size dogs. We essentially were looking for another way our dogs could get in more exercise. We walk our dogs and bring them to the park occasionally. But our youngest pup is having a difficult time losing weight so this seemed like the next step. Ray was fantastic explaining the non motorized treadmill and making the dogs feel comfortable before getting started. I was thoroughly surprised at how well the dogs picked up on things. Since we are in Las Vegas this is a great way to implement exercise especially when temperatures start to rise. Highly recommend! read more

This was the best thing I could've done for my fur baby. She has so much energy and I was able to tire her out with this company. Since it was too hot for her to run around at the park this was a great alternative. The customer service is great! Ray was awesome explaining the dynamics of the equipment every step of the way. He was very knowledgeable on the dogs physical features and how the equipment impacts the dog. He provided cold water and ensure my pup took needed breaks. This was for sure a 10/10 experience and Sugar will definitely be running again! Thank you for making a new situation comfortable and easy. Overall if you're thinking about it just do it your fur baby will thank you! read more

Run Dawg was a great first experience, my pup has been on a normal treadmill before, but with the heat recently, this is a great alternative to her being outside in the heat! Our first time doing anything like this for our pup and the experience was amazing. He explains everything and answers any questions you may have prior and shows exactly how the treadmill works. This is perfect for brutal summers, they can still get the exercise they need while in a climate controlled environment, as well as small breaks in between. Water is on hand for them as well as toys to keep them motivated! Highly recommend scheduling your run asap! read more
