This pharmacy offers excellent service and support. The staff are very courteous. The new post office is a big bonus.

The staff can be a little abrupt but this may be because it is a very busy store and because it isn't clear where to queue up sometimes people get irritated. I love the fact that you get advantage card points in boots with their loyalty card and the boots branch in Peckham is very good at asking if you have your card or validating your receipts for you so you can claim your points next time you go in store. Can be a little expensive compared to other shops on the high street but the points are worth it!

The staff around the store seemed pretty generic, not too helpful or friendly but seemed to get the job done which at the end of the day is okay for a store like this. The pharmacy is open until midnight is also really useful if you're in the area to pick-up medication - this means the pharmacy section is open when the rest of the store isn't as it is over two floors. Perhaps not as modern as other Boots stores, and it might not have the best of selections in the main floors, but it serves a highly useful purpose as it does offer a good range of services, in a good location with really good opening hours. 3*

I was surprised to find this usually 'local high street' retailer in the City…read more From the outside the building blends into the rest of it's surroundings on Old Broad St. It doesn't have the usual glass frontage typical of other Superdrug stores, but when you walk in it's exactly what as expect. It's quite spacious, with high ceilings and wide aisles (surprised they're not cramming in an extra aisle here and there). All the usuals reside on the shelves (vitamins, soaps, tissues, hair products etc) and they also have a photo area. I always consider Superdrug to be cheaper than Boots, so visit here to pick up general toiletries and make up bits. Some of the staff have been very helpful (one helped to check what they had in stock by using a zapping device, which also tells you when the next delivery will be) - Others aren't really bothered.

Boots at London Victoria Station is a pretty solid branch considering its main purpose is to serve…read morethe train station it is located in, there is a large to-go food and drink offering as well as a small selection of medications and toiletries. The Pharmacy was unstaffed, and after waiting for a couple of minutes I just gave up. The store did seem a little understaffed considering how busy it was at a non-peak time. Prices are a little high, but you have to expect that for a travel location. The store was mostly clean and clutter-free, it was easy to get around, but anything other than that would be rather odd for such a small store. 3* - This store is okay, but due to staffing issues, I would only recommend using this branch if you are in a rush ahead of getting a train, if you have more time the other nearby Boots stores including the one in Victoria Place would be much better.
