Unfriendly and Hostile Behavior When we ordered drinks, the female server practically threw the beer mat onto our table, displaying an outright lack of courtesy. (1. She used two beer mats to carry our used napkins into the tray, as though we were disgusting or unworthy of respect (see below illustration).
