However, when he arrived, he only inspected the roof. When I asked about the cages, he instead advised me to purchase my own traps and sticky adhesive paper from Lowe's or Menards and set them up myself, stating he would only return to pick up anything I caught. After visiting the store and realizing the extent of the work I was being asked to perform myself, I texted Kelly later that day to inform him that I would no longer require your services. I was charged $149 for a roof inspection when the agreed-upon service--trapping the squirrel--was not performed.

About once a year I spray for ants. I just called and she said since I don't have a contract and I haven't used them in a year they are not taking new customers when in fact I am a customer of theirs. Or should I say I was! I can now see why their ratings are lower than most other companies. Maybe the BBB can have alittle say so in this matter. I would definetly look at other companies and their ratings before chosing this place.  I bet if I called back and said I am a new customer and have a 5000 Sq ft home and want a contract they would have room for me!
