I just called and she said since I don't have a contract and I haven't used them in a year they are not taking new customers when in fact I am a customer of theirs. Or should I say I was! I can now see why their ratings are lower than most other companies. Maybe the BBB can have alittle say so in this matter. I would definetly look at other companies and their ratings before chosing this place.  I bet if I called back and said I am a new customer and have a 5000 Sq ft home and want a contract they would have room for me!
