The phone numbers the billing service gives out are wrong. It is incompetent plus intentionally frustrating and they know it and refuse to help. They just put you on hold or go to voicemail. Avoid this practice. They may falsely bill you and put you into collections as they did me. You cannot argue with them because there is no one to talk to. It's an endless loop.

This was the most comprehensive detailed assessment of our issues with a plan to address each issue. The doctor took the time to make sure we understood what was happening. It was the best office visit I have ever had. Dr Pate and her staff are amazing. Katie Scherer did an excellent job of explaining everything to us in a plain easy to understand way.

I went to the front desk to ask for a written Scripts for this work . They told me all you need is the blood work, no EKG or chest x-ray . This was surprising as I was headed for Advent or I felt I could get the blood work and chest X redone . Fast forward to March 4th and my pre-surgery consult . First thing I was asked was where's the chest x-ray . They also had made a Cardiology appointment for me the following day, hope you can make it ! I calmly asked why I was not given scripts for all the procedures that needed to take place and they didn't know . So, I cancel the surgery and walked out . Today I received a form letter from the doctor in farming me that based on my behavior , I was being released as a patient of the barranco clinic . Anybody who was interested in improving their business would have said why did you leave ? Avoid this place like the plague . They should be closed down !

I saw Dr. Greene a few years ago for a throat issue that other doctors could not figure out. After…read moreseeing a dentist and 2 oral surgeons without a solution someone finally recommended I see Dr. Greene. Dr. Greene was able to diagnose my issue as a simple throat thrush caused by my inhaler after about 5 minutes of questions and inspecting my mouth. I have no idea why 3 other doctors could not diagnose this but, he was and very quickly. The entire office experience was great from start to finish and Dr. Greene is very personable. I highly recommend him and his office.

I felt as though he was disinterested and blew off my sinus symptoms. My PCP referred me to see an ENT as I am having and have had awful sinus issues. They have been getting worse as of lately and I feel miserable. I recently had a CT per my PCP and instead of getting the images from my PCP, he ordered another CT. He is definitely not worried about cost for the patient. I am a nurse and I am very aware of patient assessment. Other than looking in my ears briefly and briefly putting a tube up both nostrils to look at my sinuses and nose he did not assess me. It was a waste of my time and money. I do not recommend going to him. I could go into more detail of my issues and visit but i don't want to waste anymore of my time. I found another ENT that I will be seeing who has a hundred amazing reviews. Despite it being a month out, it's worth it to see a dr that cares and actually wants tot treat the issue. I was told to plan to spend at least an hour with this new dr for a full assessment and history. Huge difference in that alone.
