Mack and Malik in the service department are a real double act. Had my Honda Jazz serviced here on four occasions and each time the welcome was warm, like seeing an old friend. Plus they are totally honest only recommending work that really is essential. Also nothing is too much trouble, having had bad experiences with for example Volvo dealerships where every single one I tried either broke something or missed work out on the service schedule; I'd always specify best technician and the work was faultless. Honda dealers historically do well in the JD Power survey and the Auto Express driver Power survey, Ruislip Honda are a great example of why. They were so honest that when the car reached over 108,000 miles and needed quite a few things at the next service they said now is the time to replace when they could have charged over a 1000 pounds for the work required. read more
