I ordered Bún chả which in its basic form is grilled pork with rice noodles and herbs. The way they arranged the dish was really nice. Looks modern, clean and pretty. The additions of the veggies is weird for someone with Vietnamese origin. To me it would have been more authentic and true if they just served grill meat (over charcoal), tons of herbs and rice noodles. The stir fried veggies gave it that western touch. In my opinion the chả was a bit dry and did not start any kind of flavor explosions. Everything was okay and good if you just want a decent meal. SERVICE The staff was nice and friendly. Especially the girls. They were quick in reacting to our wishes and just did a good job. ATMOSPHERE I think this is what their regular customers want and why they like this place. A modern and fresh look. Everything looks clean and cozy. RATING To me I would have given this restaurant three stars because the food looks pretty but just taste ordinary.
