*Long review, but worth the read!…read more My wife and I woke up yesterday to an unexpected surprise. Unfortunately our sweet dog Petey hasn't been feeling well and had his first accident on our beige carpet. I reached out to Brian at Clear Image Residential & Commercial Services. Not only did he rearrange his schedule so that he could come out right away, his work was exceptional! As you can see in the before and after pictures, it is as if it never happened!! He did such a great job that we decided to have him do the entire upstairs. Wow!!! It looks and smells like the day it was installed. His pricing was beyond reasonable and his professionalism was top notch. We have already hired him to do some other projects around the house and he and his amazing team will be our go to for all things related to not just carpet cleaning, but anything that needs done in our home. What attracted me to Pride is that they have a truck mounted steam cleaning system which is much more sanitary and powerful than a 'rug doctor' type of machine (and you never know where those have been or what they've cleaned up before coming to your house...yuck!) The technician that came to my house was on time, efficient and removed a very tough pet stain. They took two area rugs with them to steam clean in the shop. This is the type of service I am accustomed to, coming from Chicago. I found them pricey but still less expensive than others I called who did not even offer this level of service. I will definately use them again and suggest you try them out.
