Finally got to try Ruffranos Hells Kitchen Pizza here in Colorado Springs and when I tell you this place did not disappoint! The food isn't crazy expensive like I thought and was so worth it. I think the ice cream we got was probably the only part I was a little sad about, we paid about $3 per ice cream and got one scoop for $3 not so worth it. The ambience was really nice, the restaurant was clean and the environment is definitely family friendly with lots of seating areas which would be perfect for bigger families. We ordered a half and half large pizza and it was about $28.50. Really great service and fast food too, check them out! read more

Got in right after it opened and we were famished from a morning walking around Garden of the Gods. Stopped in for some slices and wasn't expecting to get one of the best pie slices I've ever had. The crunch on the undercarriage was amazing. read more

Strongly recommend! I was passing by the storefront and a friendly wave from A.D. brought me in. He immediately greeted me and made me feel welcome to ask any questions. Well, it turns out that the name of the restaurant is no exaggeration. if you've ever had pizza in Hell's Kitchen in NYC, this is the real deal! Their crust has that perfect combination of crispy and chewy, and the sauce, cheese, and toppings are spot on. I had a pepperoni slice and a grandpa square and couldn't have been happier. I will eat here again the next time I'm in the Springs. read more

We got 3 pieces of pizza, the cheese pizza was already made they just had to add meat. It took about 20 minutes to get the slices. I guess that's how long it takes to make sure it was burned on the bottom. We didn't see the burned crust on the entire crust bottom til we got home. They're slow, not friendly, and can't judge how long to bake 3 slices of pizza. I won't go there again. read more

Update, still terrible pizza. If you like floppy pizza dripping in oil, this is for you. If you like NY style pizza, this is not it. read more

Best pizza in town! The hellfire pizza is superb and the garlic knots are great. Love that you can get slices too, worth the drive!!!!

I'm just going to cut to the chase with this review: Hell's Kitchen Pizza is one of the best pizza's that I've had and tastes very similar to the pizza in New York, and everyone knows that New York has THE BEST pizza. I honestly think the sauce is the best part of their pies. The customer service was phenomenal as well. The gentleman that was working the counter, was also cooking, so you know he was busy. He still found it possible to put on a smile throughout the chaotic late lunch rush. Next time I'm going to try the famous Hellfire Knots! Anytime I'm in Colorado Springs I will make it a point to give this restaurant my business. Give this restaurant a shot if you haven't already been, I guarantee you won't be disappointed! Two thumbs and two big toes WAY up for Hell's Kitchen! Happy eating, my foodies... read more

Stopped in after hiking the incline and was greeted almost immediately. I placed my order and paid, which was very reasonably priced, I thought for the amount of food I got. There are very few tables so I sat in the corner of the cozy dinning room. Then it got really busy! My food was delivered in a matter of minutes! It was pretty delicious! I will definitely be visiting again when I am back in the Springs! read more

The pizza is terrific!!! Happy people making pizza unconcerned with formalities. Tried to order off an app which said no delivery until noon so I called and asked when they opened. I was told 11 am every day, we can't make it any easier than that. "Should I order now?" It was 1045 am, and I heard you open at 11. The response was, "did you just want to chit chat til 11, or do you want a pizza". "Give me a large cheese" name it's Tyler, T, Y, L E, R. I can spell Tyler, or I shouldn't be making your pizza. Do you want that delivered? He asked, and I was surprised and asked, do you deliver? He responded , No, I'm a dick,, and I wouldn't delivered it, just wanted to know if you wanted that so I could laugh at you. Seats in the back of the restaurant. And the Pizza was real good. Now why do you call it Hellfire? read more

Really enjoyed their signature pizza. There is a great group of people working there as well. This will be out goto pizza place.

Went here for the first time before my son's graduation. Ordered some garlic knots and an 18 inch pepperoni pizza with the marinara on the side. Was good, the crust was crisp and the ingredients seemed fresh. Service was great they were very attentive from the moment we walked in the door. Only thing I think they could really improve on is the cleanliness of the restaurant. The dinning room was not very clean, kind of glad I didn't see much of the back of the house. Hope it's much cleaner the dinning area. Over all I'd try them again. read more

Clearly they were busy. But I do not appreciate not being acknowledged as I'm standing right there waiting. I also was missing items from my order. I was missing a slice and two drinks. When I spoke with customer service I was told it's my fault for not grabbing my drinks. For a first time customer, I'm not sure how I am supposed to know to grab my own beverages.... Especially when they do not acknowledge you. Great food, HORRIBLE customer service. If you hate your job, do not take it out on your customers read more

Come here for lunch every week, best pizza as well as best service. The place is awesome everything is just the best. Honestly would recommend to come and is really cheap. $6 for a slice and 3 knots fills you up really good. read more

Great pizza! I enjoyed their sauce as well as the crust. Making this a regular pizza spot for us.

We went to order one large pizza and two sodas ($40) when we went to pay the owner flipped out. He told us that he would not be serving us because we declined to tip on the pin pad. This was a TAKE OUT order. When I asked him to explain why he was refusing us service one of his employees threatened to call the cops. Never in my life have I had an experience like this. read more

Ordered some pizza here while we were in town for Thanksgiving. We ordered on the Slice app which was really convenient. It gave us an estimated time for our order and we opted to do pick up. We got a regular large cheese pizza, a large pepperoni pizza, some garlic knots, and a slice of white pizza. The cheese pizza was excellent. Although I didn't personally have the pepperoni, it looked really good too. The white slice was really really dry. I'm not sure if I just got a piece that had been sitting for a while though. The garlic knots were really good but WOW they tasted more oregano-y than garlic-y. Overall, this is a really good pizza joint and it definitely surpassed my expectation for Colorado pizza. read more

Out of towner and I recently tried the pizza at here. It was fantastic! The crust was perfectly crispy, and the toppings were fresh and flavorful. I highly recommend it for any pizza lover. read more

The Two Slice "Special" is $10.00? Forgettaboutit. $30.00 gets you the large, 8 slice Real Special Supreme Freakin' Pizza. Nice thin, crispy crust, not a lot of grease. Sausage was placed in three large chunks, and other toppings seemed as unequally distributed: Lazy Ambiance? Well, I wouldn't go on date night. Quoted at 30-40 minutes for one 16 inch pizza. It's been 2 hours, I've called the restaurant 6 times over the past 45 minutes. No answer. We now have 20 minutes to eat before we need to get on the road. I'll think twice next time before ordering from the Cheyenne location. When it did finally arrive, it was room temperature. Furthermore, they didn't include plates or any of the chili flakes/parm that we explicitly asked for when ordering, which they repeated back to us on the phone. In all - F's across the board for a simplest order imaginable. I have yet to hear back from the manager. First and, most likely, last pizza we buy from (quite literally) Hell's Kitchen. read more

Best pizza in Colorado Springs that I've found yet. I don't care about any of the minor negatives here, the pizza makes it worthwhile. The hellfire pizza is excellent and the garlic knots are solid. read more

There are no other places around me that sell calzones so I was very happy when they opened . They didn't disappoint. We go there often now . We usually get take out but I have eaten in . The inside leaves a lot to be desired but it's clean and the employees are always very nice. read more

Both this location and the one in manitou are ineffable. I'm from the east coast no one knows how to pizza here except Hell and like maybe 2 other ny style spots on the city . Well done for being a standard in Colorado Springs . Service is instant, helpful and pleasant people . The ambiance is that of a busy pizza shop with low prices and music is usually coming from the kitchen . Always patient with me when I get down from the mountains and can't talk while I dig out human earth money . read more

I called an hour before I wanted to pick up my pizza. They said it would be ready by 7:30, then I get there and they tell me they don't have a pizza for me. So I had to wait an additional 30 minutes to get my pizza. What's the point in calling ahead if they won't even remember to make the food. read more

Very good pizza at a really good price. Would highly recommend. Always receive food quickly and it is hot.

DISGUSTING, UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE. My cousin and I went in to grab a bite to eat and an application for him. The tall, white male with glasses was insanely rude from the very start and didn't want to give us an app even though it says "now hiring" on the window. He acted like taking our food order was an inconvenience to him as well. My cousin then called after we left to see when the hiring manager would be in. This same man (tall white guy w glasses) answered the phone and refused to tell him when the manager would be in. He was cussing and displaying the most unprofessional behavior I've ever seen. He hung up on us several times and then wouldn't answer the phone after that. I guess he isn't aware that this is a business and not his personal cell. We will be sticking to the manitou location because we've never had a bad experience there! read more

Highly recommend the pizza and wings here! My husband said the wings were the best he's ever had. Perfectly crisp with amazing sauce. I had them 2 slice special Mac n cheese and pepperoni! Yummmy!!! Finally going NY pizza! read more

The foods good, sure. But the curly headed guy (mullet) has great customer service! We was in there tonight and he was working his butt off, while the guy he was working with moved like a sloth. He went above and beyond to all customers, not just us. Stayed kind even while really busy. He seems to be working often when we come in and eat. He got us fresh cheese pizza! The cheesecake was yummy too! Wish I would have got his name to brag on him! read more

Not worth the $80.00 we spent. The pizza was good but their large boneless wings was 23 bucks only for like 10, the house salad was really nothing but lettuce. Their regular cannoli was the best. Most likely the first and last time for us. read more

Tried the Hellfire pizza slice and the Hellfire Boneless Wings. The wings have a good heat to them. Would recommend! The pizza is a good New York style, so it's not super heavy (filling). Glad I stumbled across this place. read more

This is some seriously great pizza. The garlic knots are also awesome. They need to be reheated longer as they were cold both times we've ordered them (eat in and take out). The number one pizza is the hella kitchen pizza. Don't bother getting anything else (unless you don't like spicy), as this pizza and the Hell's Kitchen. Knots are awesome! The owner or manager was in the store when I was there (Kyle) and he definitely should not be customer facing as he's loud and makes inappropriate comments to and about his employees when customers are clearly in the restaurant and can hear all of his jaw jacking clearly. Bottom line - this pizza rocks and everyone should get it!!! read more

Just because your crust is so thin it's nonexistent does not mean your pizza will come close to even bad pizza in NY. Not only was the crust nowhere to be found so too was the sauce and the cheese. If you fold your slice and it flops: bad If you take a bite and the cheese doesn't develop a long string from your mouth to your slice: bad If you can't even taste the sauce to judge it: bad Any self respecting pizza parlor must have a full array of pizza related spices: salt, black pepper, crushed red pepper and garlic powder. You'll spend a cold day in THIS hell getting any of these except the crushed red. When I asked, the guy mumbled so indecipherably that after I asked 3 times and still didn't catch a word of the explanation, I gave up. It didn't matter. The most common and indispensable seasoning was not there! There are plenty of better ways to spend 4 bucks (tax and tip included) than to gat a slice here. read more

Wow, absolutely awful. Customer service was awful, food was overrated. I'm amazed at the high reviews I saw for this restaurant. My garlic knots were cold, pizza was eh. Only thing I enjoyed were the wings. My friend ordered a slice of pizza and a pint of beer, he paid and then when he asked for the beer they said they were out....what? Definitely will not be back. read more

This place was absolutely terrible. I ordered the Stromboli and the dough was half cooked. My daughter had a calzone and had the same issue and the ingredients on hers were all pretty much raw. My wife got two slices of pizza, which really surprised me. She is a bit of a picky eater and I figured all of that disgusting pizza that had been sitting all day in that disgusting glass case in the front all would have turned her off. We sat at a table in the back that had a clear view of the area near the oven. If you go back there, take a look underneath of the counters there and look at all of the unclean flour and food that hasn't been swept up. It was at that point when I lost my appetite and just stopped eating. On top of all of the aforementioned, I don't know who the hell is running that place but they auto promote less chit chat and swear words amongst the staff. This place epitomizes the old adage that you can't find good help these days. We will not be going back. read more

The Supreme large is what I ordered. I was thinking the ingredients could have been more copious. The crust was too flimsy for me. Perhaps that's an East Coast style. Overall it tasted well. First time buyer. The people are great and welcoming. Very cozy spot. I would recommend. read more
