I was waiting for them to take my dog and they were arguing about who had to take the next doodle type dog. They were not friendly didn't trim my little dog at all like the pictures I sent and they were expensive. After several tries I gave up especially after I heard them not wanting to do certain dogs. so unprofessional to do it with me standing there.

The dog's sleeping areas are great. The owner has high standards including making sure all dogs are vaccinated. The only problem I have had is getting my dogs in for grooming. My girl isn't afraid of anything, but has tons of energy and can be a hand full as she tries to wiggle out of any situation she doesn't like. The patience of the staff and owner to even go so far as trimming my nervous boy by hand with scissors in order to make my pups comfortable and they look adorable! I asked many questions before our visit and specifically asked for Ellen to do the grooming and was assured she would. I discovered that he was groomed by someone else. He is well trained and easy to groom. He came home with very poorly trimmed nails, rough and close to dangerously short. I checked his ears and only one ear was cleaned out, the other was full of debris. His coat seemed as if it hadn't been cleaned and rinsed thoroughly. Ellen got them in very quickly and was able to have her daughter take care of both of them. They looked so great when they were given back to us and smelled wonderful too. I was happy they noticed and ear problem and got them immediately to the vet to get medicine. The are still looking and now feeling the love and I'm making a new appointment. I highly recommend these groomers they are really nice and take great care of all their animal friends.
